Welcome to our spacious 19th-floor studio, boasting a generously sized living room area with new sofas. The separate kitchen, overlooking the living room, offers convenience and style, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy intimate meals in the designated dining space, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. The sleeping area has a new king-size bed. With its spacious and classical design, this studio exudes charm and sophistication, promising a memorable experience in the heart of the city.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
Instructions for check-in will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed, and from there, we will walk you through the process made easy and simple for your greatest convenience. A concierge is available 24/7 at the front entrance of the building, so late check-in is just fine! You will enter the property first through here! The condo can be accessed using a keyless code entry system, so don't worry...Relax, especially if you traveled here from far!
