This charming, two-story retreat is all about peace, comfort, and convenience - everything you need and more for a memorable vacation. Enjoy a peaceful and secluded location less than six miles from downtown Franklin and near amazing local attractions, including Gem Show festival grounds in Franklin, Dillsboro, Harrah's Casino in Cherokee, Dry Falls, and the town of Highlands.

As you enter this mountain beauty, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room offers the perfect spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together - gather around the gorgeous rock wood-burning fireplace and get ready for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. There is also a DVD player with a selection of movies. The coffee table in the center is ideal for playing board games.

When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron, head over to the newly updated and remodeled kitchen, and surprise your loved ones with a delicious homemade meal or treat. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare anything that comes to mind, including Keurig and traditional coffee makers. From here, you can access the home's spacious front deck with long-range mountain views, outdoor dining, a gas grill, and a private hot tub. And if you go down the stairs, you can reach the firepit area, which is perfect for roasting s'mores while enjoying some storytelling.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, you will discover an open loft upstairs with a beautiful wooded ceiling, a table with seating for four, a game table that turns into a Ping-Pong table, an air hockey, and a pool table as desired. Downstairs are two bedrooms, a newly renovated and updated bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a glamour zone. Additional perks include a high chair, baby gates, and children's games, toys, and books.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This cabin can be rented together with Laffin Place. They are both private but close enough that are perfect for larger groups with two hot tubs and two firepits.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
