Extra benefits of this home include air conditioning and an oversized 2-car garage. The master suite has a comfortable king-size bed, ensuite with shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another ensuite with a tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. The main level bedroom has a full-size bed. House Rules:
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 7 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.

Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
