Nestled just outside Hochatown, Phisticated Fun offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience with the added benefit of lower taxes. This cabin provides a serene retreat with ample amenities for relaxation and entertainment, ideal for families and groups looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Broken Bow. The cabin also offers a spacious circle drive, perfect for parking ATV or boat trailers, ensuring easy access to all the outdoor adventures in the area.

Inside, the cabin features two spacious master bedrooms, each with a luxurious king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser, a closet with hangers, and a big-screen TV for added comfort. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with double vanity sinks and high-end finishes. One bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, while the other offers a shower/tub combo, providing ultimate convenience and style. All linens, paper goods, and essential toiletries are provided for your comfort.

The loft area is perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring three twin beds and a cozy seating area. With a pre-loaded arcade table, foosball, shuffleboard, and a big-screen TV, there's no shortage of entertainment for everyone.

The spacious kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the kitchen island offers additional seating for three, perfect for casual meals or socializing while cooking. A half bath is conveniently located off the living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two recliners, an accent chair, coffee and side tables, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the expansive outdoor living area, designed for both relaxation and fun. Unwind in the private hot tub while enjoying the view of the playset, making it an ideal spot for families with children. Gather around the fire pit for cozy evening chats, or fire up the gas grill and relax by the fireplace while watching the big game on the outdoor TV. A deer feeder in the backyard often attracts local wildlife, offering a peaceful opportunity to watch deer as you sip your morning coffee on the patio. For some added outdoor excitement, the cabin also offers a variety of games, including corn hole, washer toss, and ladder ball, perfect for friendly competition and entertainment.

​​​​​​​General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. A pack-and-play and booster seat are available as well. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 7.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
