This stunning master suite greets you with a custom accent wall and is fitted with a king bed flanked by electrical outlets for easy phone and device charging, full length mirror, and a 50-inch television. In addition, this bedroom has a capacious walk-in closet to accommodate your entire wardrobe easily and is fitted with robes and slippers for indoor or hot tub use, two luggage racks, and a large six-drawer dresser. This outstanding bedroom boasts a beautiful en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity and an all-tile shower. Forgot a toothbrush? We’ve covered you with a basket of bathroom items in the vanity: cotton balls, cotton swabs, washcloths, make-up towels, and a hair dryer. The shower comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The countertop eating area seats two, and the adjacent bartop eating area seats four, with ease of flow into the living space.

Multiple car parking reserved exclusively for guests is located in the rear of the property, steps from the front door. Guests have access to a private gated hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and backyard lounging area. Guests have access to a large side-by-side washing machine and dryer inside the unit. The duplex has a second unit with a separate, private entrance, reserved parking, and amenities located in the front.

Single Night Stays
We would welcome the opportunity to host you for a single night stay. To best serve our guests, our single night stays are ideally before or after a guest with a longer stay. If you are interested in a single night stay, please message Marlena.

Pets
Pets are a part of the family and welcome. Currently, we host dogs. We ask you to pick up after your pups when they go to the bathroom, to use the provided blankets if they are on the furniture, and to crate them when you leave. Please message us before booking to see if your pups qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's extra time to ensure the space is perfect and fresh for future guests.

Families
We love hosting families, and we cannot wait to host yours! We have everything your family needs to make your vacation perfect, including a Pack-N-Play with soft sheets, a secured gate, an easily accessible bathtub for bath time, and kid-friendly plates, cups, bowls, and utensils.

Privacy
This home is a duplex with a single structural footprint that houses two separate units: The Warren at Roanoke and The Frances at Roanoke. Each unit functions as its own dwelling and is fully separated, with private entrances, interior spaces, and exterior spaces. If you are joining us in one unit, rest assured you will not be sharing any interior or exterior spaces with the other occupants, however as with a duplex, vertical and horizontal walls separate the two units and are shared. We appreciate your consideration for your neighbors.

Altitude
The property is located at the some of the lowest elevation in all Colorado Springs, at approximately 5,982 feet.

Fire Activity
No open fires are allowed, as the risk of wildfire in the area is too high. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity. The gas fire pit provided is for your enjoyment and is permitted to use. If there is a fire ban, the firepit will be removed.

Holidays
We do not accept check-in or check-out on major holidays to afford our team time with their families, which includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Ongoing construction in the adjacent lot
There will be ongoing construction near our location during Fall 2024, with projected completion mid-Fall/early Winter 2024. The construction activities will occur on the nearby road and the lot to the south of the property. Typically, the construction team operates between 7:30am and 5pm Monday – Saturday, and based on the nature of construction, their work varies with the day. We appreciate your understanding during this period. Please don’t hesitate to contact our team if you need assistance. We are committed that your stay with us remains as comfortable as possible.
