Our home is located in the heart of Atlantic Beach and a few steps away from private beach access. No need to waste time looking for parking on your vacation!

Due to our unique location near Fort Macon State Park, you will enjoy less crowds on the beach but are still within 5 to 10 minutes of all the major attractions Atlantic Beach has to offer!

We are next door to Fort Macon State Park, a 10-minute drive to Morehead City, and a quick 15-minute drive to the Atlantic Beach Aquarium and Beaufort!

Our property's location offers diverse experiences as we are located steps away from the following:

Our 3 story condo is located at Tar Landing Villas, a quiet and private gated beach community. That offers the following:

•Clubhouse
•Swimming and kid pools
•Outdoor grill
•Basketball court

Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Or unwind in the evening by watching the sun set while enjoying a glass of wine on the private balcony connected to your upstairs master suite.

We are located just a few steps from private beach access, so no matter how crowded the beaches get, you will have no issues trying to find parking or a prime spot on the beach.

The property also features a clubhouse, swimming and kid pools, and pool chairs for when you need a change of pace from the ocean and sand.

The Sandy Turtle offers a unique Atlantic Beach experience, as there is a ton of space for the entire family to relax and make memories that will last a lifetime.

We've included board and card games, coloring books, a sea shell collection bag, and Smart TVs to ensure children of all ages are entertained to give the parents a stress-free beach vacation.

Our condo is an end unit with a neighbor only on one side, offering more privacy.

Upon entering the property, the bottom floor includes a sitting area with cable TV, a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, a sink and mini fridge in the hallway, a laundry room with a new washer and dryer, storage for beach chairs, closet storage space, a full bathroom, and bedroom with queen-sized bed.

Up the stairs, you will enter the main living area which features a 55-inch Smart TV, cable, sofa, love seat, kitchen table, full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, pantry, full bathroom, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, closet space, and an outdoor deck with seating.

Up the final set of stairs, you will find the master bedroom with seating and a balcony view of the ocean, a king-sized bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, cable, a full bathroom, and closet storage space.

Parking is limited to two cars. One car may be parked in the driveway directly in front of the property, and another may be parked in front of the clubhouse/pool area. Two temporary parking permits will be provided and must be displayed at all times while your car is parked in the driveway or common space.

For security, there is a Blink Doorbell Camera at the front door of the property as well as a Blink Camera on the main level patio deck near the back door.

We want to create a relaxing family atmosphere, so parties and loud music aren't permitted.

Also, pets and smoking are not permitted.
