Loon Cove Cottage ist die Moose Pond Retreat Sie schon lange suchen. Ob Sie sich für einen ruhigen Ort, um den See oder einen Startplatz für Outdoor-Abenteuer zu genießen suchen, werden Sie lieben unsere Haus am Wasser.

Moose Pond ist ein Juwel der Lakes Region von Maine. Es verfügt über sauberes, klares Wasser zum Schwimmen, Bootfahren, Angeln, oder viel Eis zum Schlittschuhlaufen, Schneemobil fahren oder im Winter mit Eisfischen. Sie können den Tag verbringen die Erkundung der See mit unserem Kanu oder Ruderboot oder in der Lounge für die Fangstunden oder Lesen auf den Docks. Shawnee Peak ist nur die Straße hinunter und Sunday River ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt.

Direkt hinter unserem 3 Morgen Wald, steigt Pleasant Mountain mit Blick auf den White Mountains von New Hampshire. Sie können auf den Gipfel direkt von unserer Hintertür wandern, stoppen für Blaubeeren auf dem Weg. Wenn größere Berg ruft, können wir eine einfache Fahrt von den White Mountains und viele Maine Wanderungen oder Ski-Berge.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Haus der Familie mit Brettspielen, einem Kamin und viel Wald zu erkunden. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wasser für Familien Grillabende auf unserer Holzkohlegrill. Wir sind nah an vielen Sommerlagern, und es ist ein großartiger Ort, um einen schnellen Rückgang auszuschalten oder besuchen Sie in einen längeren Urlaub in Maine.

Deck of Tranquility

This was truly the experience of peace and real quietness that we were seeking. Katie was very helpful in our preparation. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The view from the dining room table was stunning in it's tranquil beauty while the deck down by the water was just terrific (when it wasn't raining). We would definitely return to this property. Family vacation on the lake

This lake house had everything we needed for a fun relaxing getaway! The house was absolutely spotless and well appointed. The kids loved the loft and we loved the view. Even the dog felt right at home! We swam and fished everyday and use of the boats were a bonus! Just be aware - the bottom of the lake is very murky, not sandy. Perfect time to unplug and unwind with the family, but it was nice to still have internet service. Great ice cream and drive in theater close by! We can't wait to return...!

Great property

We spent a week at Loon Cove and loved it. It was a cooler week, weather wise. But the camp heats up quickly and it was so cozy to be able to light a fire in the fireplace each night. The camp is right on the lake so the view was incredible. We saw loons, a beaver visited almost nightly, a young bald eagle, and many kinds of ducks. It was so great to be able to use their canoe and row boat. Mornings consisted of having tea/coffee on the dock. My son was so impressed with all of the games he could play with, especially the tote full of legos. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans and all we needed to cook. But really the best part was the kindness and communication we had from the owner. Katie was great. We had booked this camp last year when COVID hit. We had to cancel and she was so kind as we went through the process. We couldn’t wait to rebook this year and go to the camp. We have no complaints and will definitely book again.

Very quiet and relaxing!

We stayed here the week of July 21. Very quiet and relaxing! The water was a little murky but other than that it was a great stay! The house had everything we needed. It was super clean and spacious and very comfortable. Would like to come back in the winter! Also a short ride to Bridgton and even North Conway. Thanks so much, my family and I had a great week!

Breathtaking sunrise on the lake

Home was clean and beds comfortable. The house is right on the lake- which made it perfect to fish from the dock or the row boat. Loved watching the kids unplug and enjoy nature. Woke up to the sunrise in our bedroom and the sounds of loons. Thanks Katie for sharing your home!

So relaxing, adorable place!

We were the only residents all week! We loved this property, but the black flies were horrible and prevented us from much outside activity....our two golden retrievers loved the lake so much! We would love to return sometime, maybe in early September!

Had a wonderful and relaxing week!

The house had everything you’d need! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the lake was great for swimming with my nephews and just floating around in my lounge float. I spent and entire day in the sun on the dock reading! The water was warm and nice and shallow, perfect for swimming! The nights were cool and the morning sun the dock and house gets made early morning swims and waterside lounging a treat. Every time I thought oh I might need a “insert time here” it was quickly found, from extra pillows to fans to an extra blanket. Thanks so much Katie & Family for the picture perfect lakehouse in Maine experience!

Wonderful little getaway!!

The house is beautifully maintained and really close to the water. The view is amazing. The tv and internet were a plus as the area was hit with thunder storms our first couple nights. If your looking for place with outdoor activities or just a place to relax then this is the right place for you.

Wonderful getaway, buried in snow!

This is the place if you want for a very peaceful retreat, especially in the dead of winter! Near enough to Shawnee Peak skiing, N Conway shopping, and Bridgeton grocers. Homey, cozey place to be holed up in a snowstorm!

Wonderful property

We have been coming to this spot for many years. Beautiful small cove on Moose Pond, with a great waterfront deck, and a separate dock. Kayaking and bird watching are super. Nothing better than waking up to the calls of the loons! A hike up Pleasant Mt. is steps away. A great place to get away from it all!

Moose Pond is a little slice of paradise. We can spend days exploring the lake and relaxing into the rhythms of life on the water or head out for adventures in the mountains, lakes , and rivers nearby with the knowledge that we have a place to return at the end of the day and watch the loons as the sun fades.
