ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The paved driveway has an upward slope from the road that goes under the house to a private motor court. The entry is up the steps on the back side of house and out of view from the road. Keypad entry requires your unique door code.

PARKING: Outside paved parking easily accommodates 2 vehicles and guests have access to the 2 car garage for additional parking.

RIVER RULES: Swimming and wading are NOT permitted in the river. This is for your safety and protection of the river environment.

Roads in the neighborhood are paved, and while the area can be hilly, it's generally easy to navigate year-round. During winter, guests are advised to have 4-wheel drive or snow chains in case of heavy snow. Check weather and road conditions before traveling and refer to the Winter Weather tab in the digital guestbook for updates. Travel insurance is recommended for longer stays.
HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. NO BUBBLE OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
