This condo is a 7-minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza, Lowcountry Celebration Park and Coligny Beach Park! Enjoy an 8-minute walk to the beach or an easy 3-minute bike ride! This condo does require walking up stairs to access, but once you enter the condo everything is on one level! The condo was recently updated with new flooring throughout and luxury bathrooms!
