Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests.

Community Amenities:
Our guests get access to both of Camelot Forest's private lakes for fun all summer long, at no additional cost to you!

Lake Guenevere: includes a sand beach for swimming all summer long, a lifeguard on duty during weekends, a volleyball court, and a kids playground! (1 mile away)

Lake Kathryn: where you can enjoy catch and release fishing and tennis courts for some competitive fun! (0.4 miles away)

Rent paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks at the Pocono Boat House (conveniently located less than 2 miles away) for an enjoyable lake day. Pedal boats, canoes, and rowboats are also allowed (must register them with the Camelot Forest office). Motorboats are not allowed on the lakes. You can, however, use electric motorboats to your heart’s content!

Indoor Areas:
This 1,300 sq. ft. home is ideal for groups seeking a mostly stair-free layout, with only one staircase leading to the cozy loft. Enjoy easy accessibility and a comfortable, thoughtfully designed space for a relaxing spring retreat.

This quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features;
-Master bedroom: 1 king bed and full bathroom
-2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed with entrance to the screened-in sunroom
-3rd bedroom: 1 bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and twin size on top.

Loft:
The newly refurbished loft features a 40" TV, (twin) bed size reading nook, and 2 twin trundle beds that act as a sectional couch. The perfect space for the kids.

Glassed-in Sunroom:
Our extended dining area and game room open directly to the backyard and patio, offering beautiful views of the surrounding Pocono forest. It’s the perfect space to play games, share meals, and make memories with family - plus, we provide plenty of board games for all to enjoy!

Screened-in sunroom:
Fully furnished with trendy decor providing perfect views of the backyard and firepit and forestry.

There are 2 Smart TVs in the home; a 40" in the loft and a 36" pull-out Smart TV in the Master Bedroom.

The home sits in the shade so although it easily stays cool on its own, we do provide an A/C unit in our main living area and loft! There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Climate Control:

Patio and BBQ Grill:
Enjoy our large patio experience. Gather the family for some meals by the BBQ (propane provided), and have outdoor fun surrounded by greenery all day long. With a large table that seats 8, with hanging lights to set the mood, lounge chairs, and a garden!

Outdoor firepit:
The fire pit sits on a bed of red rocks with hanging lights surrounding it for an even cooler experience. It's complete with 4 Adirondack chairs (2 of which are "senior height" for easier sitting), plenty of extra lawn chairs in the garage, and we even provide wood for our guests.

There are TONS of spring/year-round activities to do including tons of indoor waterparks, hiking trails, white water rafting, wine tastings, biking, shooting ranges, hunting, bowling, indoor water parks, arcades, ziplining, and so much more!
