Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests.

Community Amenities:
Lake Guenevere: includes a volleyball court, and a kids playground! (1 mile away)

Lake Kathryn: where you can enjoy catch and release finishing and tennis courts for some competitive fun! (0.4 miles away)

The community volleyball court, tennis court, and playground closes on October 15th for the winter season.

Rent paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks at the Pocono Boat House (conveniently located less than 2 miles away) for an enjoyable lake day. Pedal boats, canoes, and rowboats are also allowed (must register them with the Camelot Forest office). Motorboats are not allowed on the lakes. You can, however, use electric motorboats to your heart’s content!

Indoor Areas:
The home is great for groups looking for stairless spaces. The only staircase in this home is to the loft.

This quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features;
-Master bedroom: 1 king bed and full bathroom
-2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed with entrance to the screened-in sunroom
-3rd bedroom: 1 bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and twin size on top.

Loft:
The newly refurbished loft features a 40" TV, (twin) bed size reading nook, and 2 twin trundle beds that act as a sectional couch. The perfect space for the kids.

Glassed-in Sunroom:
Our extended dining area and/or gameroom with entrance onto the backyard and patio. Enjoy beautiful views and Pocono forestry while playing games and gathering with the family. We provide tons of board games!

Screened-in sunroom:
Fully furnished with trendy decor providing perfect views of the backyard and firepit and forestry.

Wood stove fireplace:
Gather around the fire during the chilly spring nights. Wood is provided for the convenience of our guests.

Enjoy our large patio experience. Gather the family for some meals by the BBQ (propane provided), and have outdoor fun surrounded by greenery and fall foliage all day long. With a large table that seats 8, with hanging lights to set the mood, lounge chairs, and a garden!

Outdoor firepit:
The fire pit sits on a bed of red rocks with hanging lights surrounding it for an even cooler experience. It's complete with 4 Adirondack chairs (2 of which are "senior height" for easier sitting), plenty of extra lawn chairs in the garage, and we even provide wood for our guests.

There are TONS of fall/winter/year-round activities to do including tons of indoor waterparks, hiking trails, white water rafting, wine tastings, biking, shooting ranges, hunting, bowling, indoor water parks, arcades, ziplining, and so much more! es
