Indulge in the comfort of four beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to 8 adult guests, 10 guests with children included.

With three bedrooms conveniently located on the second floor and one on the first, this home ensures a comfortable stay for your entire family or group.

Accommodation details:

-First Floor Bedroom: Featuring a luxurious King bed and access to the adjacent main floor bathroom.
-Second Floor King Bedroom: Offering a spacious King bed, along with a private coffee bar for two and micro fridge. This room also includes desk space with an office chair and desk lamp for added convenience.
-Third Bedroom, Second Floor: Furnished with a cozy Queen bed.
-Fourth Bedroom, Second Floor: Perfect for younger guests or friends, this room boasts a Bunk Bed, Full over Full and a bin with children's toys.
-Additionally, an oversized pack and play is available upon request.

Each room is meticulously appointed with plush bedding, nightstands, a dresser, a Roku TV, and room-darkening curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The house features two modern bathrooms, one on each floor, with a washer and dryer conveniently located on the first floor.

Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, rain showerheads, and provided with fresh towels. The second-floor bathroom offers the additional option of a tub/shower combination for your comfort and convenience. The bathrooms provide all the essentials you will need.

Additionally, the deck features a propane grill, perfect for BBQ enthusiasts. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and all the kitchen staples you could require.

The coffee bar offers a dual coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a single K-cup or brew a carafe for multiple cups. A French press, coffee bean grinder, assorted K-cups, tea bags, and a starter supply of creamers, sugar, and coffee filters are provided. For coffee enthusiasts, medium ground and whole bean coffee are also available, along with alternating coffee syrups to add flavor to your brew.

Additionally, the coffee bar includes a hand-held frother for creating creamy foam for your beverages. A bin containing blankets and marshmallow skewers is also provided for cozy evenings around the firepit, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

*Kindly Note: Initial packs of essential household items such as hand soap, dish soap, sponges, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, microfiber cloths, laundry pods, makeup wipes, and tissues are included for your convenience. However, these supplies may not suffice for the entirety of your stay. Should you require additional items, they can be purchased at nearby stores to cater to your group's specific needs.

:: Entry ::

Access to the home is granted through a smart keypad located at the front door. The code will be programmed to activate on your day of arrival at check-in time and will remain functional throughout your stay.

**PLEASE NOTE: The primary entrance to the home is via a flight of stairs, providing access to the second and third floors. The ground floor entrance is inaccessible to guests and is solely designated for owner storage. This area is separate and cannot be accessed from inside the house. Apart from this section, the entirety of the private home, as described above and in photos, is available for your use during your stay.

IMPORTANT: Guest Access and Amenities for Gated Community

Specific requirements have been implemented by the community and city for the safety of guests and homeowners. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for entrance and access to the neighborhood and home.

-All guests and vehicles staying at the property must be registered on a community registration form before arrival for reservation.
-Additionally, a short-term lease agreement must be signed.
-Upon booking, these forms will be sent to your email for completion.
-Please ensure these forms are completed and returned at least 48 hours before the start of your reservation.
-Failure to return the forms within the 48-hour timeframe may result in a late fee of $100.
-Upon arrival, you will receive a gate pass at the welcome center after providing them with your license and registration details. This pass will be valid for the duration of your stay.

:: Extras ::

Enjoy the convenience of whole-home high-speed Wi-Fi during your stay. Free parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and in front of the house. Please refrain from parking on the street to avoid the risk of your vehicle being towed. On-site RV or trailer parking is not permitted.

To ensure the safety of our property and guests, exterior security cameras are installed on-site. These cameras cover all entrances to the property and are strictly utilized in the event of safety concerns. They are employed solely to safeguard the property during periods of vacancy, and no cameras are installed in private areas or within the interior of the property at any time.

+Absolutely no parties or events are allowed under any circumstances. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

+A noise monitor/smoking detector is in operation to deter such incidents. This monitor does not record conversations; it solely registers excessive noise levels, such as those generated by parties. This measure is implemented to maintain harmony with neighboring properties and to uphold the regulations outlined by the local community.

***Respect the local wildlife and natural surroundings. Deer are commonly seen and are accustomed to human presence, particularly in the yard and neighborhood. Please drive cautiously to avoid startling them. Bears may occasionally visit, especially at night looking for garbage. Be mindful of your surroundings, inspect before departing, and allow wildlife to carry on undisturbed.
