Conveniently located just 3 minutes from the entrance of Parris Island, it's the perfect spot to celebrate your favorite marine's achievements! To all the families of recent Marine Corps bootcamp graduates, we extend a heartfelt congratulations and a warm welcome to share in this exciting time! And fear not, adventure-seekers, because Beaufort Waterfront Park and Downtown Port Royal are all just a breezy 5-minute drive away!

Yearning for some sandy shores? Hop in the car and head to Sands Beach just 10 minutes away or Hunting Island State Park, only 30 minutes down the road! 🏖️

Step inside and discover 1350 sq. ft. of coastal charm! The first floor boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a powder room for those quick pit stops.

Wake up to the sun's gentle kiss in the queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds! Plus, with full laundry facilities on-site, you can pack light and still stay fresh as a sea breeze throughout your stay! 🌞

Need room for a couple more pals or grandparents? No worries! There's also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area, ready to accommodate any extra sleepyheads joining your coastal escapade! Each additional guest requires a $50 fee per visit for towels and linens and cleaning.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a seaside feast, complete with regular and Keurig coffee makers, starter coffee pods, as well as a waffle iron for those morning cravings (because who doesn't love options?). There are plenty of pots and pans to ensure your culinary adventures are smooth sailing!

And fear not, we've got your towel needs covered – just remember to bring your own beach towels for those sandy escapades! 🏄‍♂️
