We have security cameras with 24/7 surveillance around the property. There are no cameras inside the home at all. The recording will be on during the stay, however it is only used for emergency purposes or in case of the guests violating the house rules.

**Other Things To Note**

Please be advised, we do live in a tropical environment; so its not uncommon to see iguanas and lizards in the backyard. However, they are harmless and are more afraid of you than you are of them.

House Rules:
BREAKAGES: We understand that sometimes accidents happen. Should you break anything, please let us know immediately. If it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

UNREGISTERED GUESTS: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed beyond those approved during the time of booking.

NOISE and PARTIES: No parties allowed. No loud noise after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am,

SMOKING: Strict NO SMOKING policy inside the house, including Lenai (back porch). Smoking is allowed in the designated area behind the outdoor bar.

PETS: Pets are welcome with prior arrangements & payment of the pet maintenance fee at the time of booking. Pets not allowed on furniture or beds.

PARKING: Parking allowed only in the garage, on the driveway and on the street next to the house. No parking on the grass.

PROPERTY DAMAGES: Host reserves the right charge for missing items and property damages, with evidence provided. Contact host if you find any damages at the time of check in.

GLASS CONTAINERS are not permitted in the pool area. Please use the plastic cups and paper plates provided in the kitchen.

FOOD and BEVERAGES are not permitted in the pool or spa.

PETS are not allowed in the pool or spa area.

CHILDREN under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by Adult in the pool and spa area.

PERSONS wearing diapers are permitted in the pool or spa.

RUNNING is not allowed in the pool area.

DIVING is not allowed in the pool or spa.
