CANAL FRONT! Great midtown 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in midtown Ocean City - just a few blocks to the beach and Atlantic ocean and close to the best restuarants and bars in town! You'll be surrounded by water with the bay on one side and a canal on the other so you can enjoy open bay and canal views from the enclosed porch. This condo has several recent updates including granite kitchen countertops, new bathrooms and vinyl plank flooring. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - a twin over double and a twin over twin, allowing you to sleep 7 people comfortably. High speed wifi and internet are provided and there is a Roku TV in the living room and both bedrooms. You'll have an Xfinity streaming box so you can stream your favorite shows. Also, there's a washer and dryer in this unit. Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator in the building. You'll receive 2 assigned parking spaces and you'll enjoy being in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*All properties come with blankets/comforters and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation (or after) if you choose to do so.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
