Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This home has a back-up generator which kicks on automatically during power outages, so while it is a rural location, you should not experience blackouts. Also, there is a level 2 charger in the garage for EVs.

Air conditioning: there is no AC available at this property.

Pets: It is pet friendly (at a fee) with two dogs allowed. Also, as it is a rural area, strongly recommend leashing pets while outside.
