Vor 25 Jahren besuchten meine Familie und ich Hilton Head zum ersten Mal. Bis heute ist es unser Lieblingsurlaubsort. Sobald Sie Evian besuchen, werden Sie wissen warum. Ob Golf, Strand, Pool oder Outlet-Shopping, Hilton Head bietet alles und Evian ist die erste Adresse.

Nicht weit von der Hauptstraße entfernt, aber umgeben von Privatsphäre (die wenigsten Einheiten pro Morgen auf der gesamten Insel) und einer wunderschön gepflegten Landschaft wird Sie ein Aufenthalt hier nicht enttäuschen. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang und eine noch schnellere Radtour entfernt. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, können Sie am Pool faulenzen oder sich nach einer Partie Tennis auf einem der kostenfreien Tennisplätze vor Ort abkühlen. Wenn Sie tagsüber zu beschäftigt sind, können Sie auf den beleuchteten Plätzen bis spät in die Nacht Tennis spielen.

Hilton Head Island hat für jedes Alter etwas zu bieten. Egal, ob Sie Minigolf spielen oder einen der kinderfreundlichen Animateure genießen, oder ob Sie für Erwachsene gut essen und sich nach dem Abendessen unterhalten möchten, Sie werden es in der Nähe von Evian finden.

Es ist mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Töpfen, Pfannen, Utensilien und allem anderen ausgestattet, was Sie sich vorstellen können, um Ihren Urlaub sorglos zu gestalten. Dazu gehört eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe. Nutzen Sie den kabellosen Highspeed-Internetzugang, schauen Sie HD-Kabelfernsehen auf einem der drei Fernseher in der Einheit (Wohnzimmer und einer in jedem Schlafzimmer) oder bleiben Sie mit denen zu Hause über den kostenlosen Langstreckendienst in Kontakt Sie.

Der Werftstrand, zu dem Sie freien Zugang haben, ist mit weißem Sand, ruhigem Wasser und einem Strandhaus ausgestattet. Gegen Gebühr stehen Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, aber Sie sind sicherlich nah genug an Ihrer Wohnung, um Ihre eigenen mitzubringen.

Wenn Sie gerne Golf spielen, sind Sie nur wenige Gehminuten vom Clubhaus des 27-Loch-Platzes entfernt, den Sie überblicken. Normalerweise brauchen Sie nicht mehr als 24 Stunden im Voraus, um eine Startzeit zu vereinbaren.

Our 4th stay at this property was great as always. We love Evian and the location is perfect. The unit is well stocked. The kitchen is better stocked than mine at home! Gregg is so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We simply can't stop coming back!

Perfect

I have been to shipyard many times but never at Evian, loved it!. Close to all my favorite spots. Communications with Gregg were answered timely and very easy to work with. Hilton Head is my favorite place to visit and I will be back. Thanks again.

This is an older property with an updated kitchen. Most of the condo was in pretty good shape. The bathrooms were not nice and the master garden tub a little dangerous to use. There is a step and a suction cup handhold.

We love Greg and his Wife. We have stayed with them for over 4 years now and will continue to stay in his condominium. You cannot ask for a nicer man. He wants the best for his renters. Every time we come he has done some new remodeling and upgrading. The place is always clean and comfortable. Thank tou once again Greg for a great vacation. We love the new grill!!!

Perfect Location

We are so pleased with our recent stay in this Evian condo!! It is not only beautiful but in an excellent location! Our two toddlers felt right at home, as did we. The owners are super informative about HHI and know true hospitality! You are 2-10 minutes from everything! You can buy groceries and only leave to go to the beach or venture out to restaurants only a short drive out of the front gate. If you love the outdoors bring your bikes or rent them! We loved taking our toddlers on bike rides daily. Choose this place!! You will be glad you did! :-)

Lovely Condo at Hilton Head

We had a lovely time in Hilton Head! I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. I ordered bikes before I arrived and the 16 year olds were able to vacation independently, riding to the beach and to get ice cream and shop on their own. Hilton Head is such a safe, family forward environment, perfect for our trip. Location was ideal - Very close to bike to beach, restaurants & shops. The unit was clean, spacious, decorated nicely and had everything we needed to cook and wash our sandy towels! Beds were comfortable, nice porch to BBQ and leave sandy chairs, towels, etc. Owner was very helpful, easy to contact and filled up the BBQ tank for us. We absolutely loved it!!! Looking forward to our next trip!!!

Best Vacation spot

We have been going to HHI for over 12 years. The last 5 years we have stayed at Evian 228. Greg Russo, is a gracious host. He always calls or sends a text message making sure everything is going smoothly or if we need anything. We usually stay twice a year at his condo and every time we stay he has added some new upgrades to the condo. This past time new beds and a facelift to the hall bathroom. This place is a gem of a find. Its a short bike ride to the beach in a quiet area. The condo is always spotless, the beds are very comfortable. It feels like home away from home to us. We won't stay anywhere else.

The ONLY place I will stay when I come to HHI

This is the only place we will stay when we come to Hilton Head, which is at least once a year! My family and I have been staying at this unit since Gregg and his wife purchased it (4 years ago I think?!). It is spacious enough for our entire family, and is a great location. The pool and beach are a short walk away and Cologny Plaza (our favorite!) is a short bike ride or drive. The unit is always very clean upon our arrival, and Gregg makes sure everything is all set for his guests before they get there. It is always very exciting to see what new renovations have been done since the last time we were there (it is always something - very impressive!). This year was the kitchen - counter tops and cabinets were completely re-done and it came out amazing! Thank you Gregg for everything, our family cannot wait until our visit next year!

Our best trip to HH yet!

We've been going to HHI for the past 3 years, and this has been our best vacation yet! We are a family of 5, with 2 teenagers and a 19 month old and our room was perfect! We loved staying here at the Evian, and would definitely recommend this room to everyone! It was very clean and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable which was a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal! The room was close to the beach, and it took us about 5 minutes to get to there on bikes, and we looked forward to that nice ride everyday because the trails are beautiful! The trails are also perfect for running as well! Gregg was wonderful to rent from, and even called and texted me to make sure everything was perfect! Not only was the room and location amazing, you could not beat the price!!!! We were thrilled to be in HH this close to the beach for the price we paid! What an awesome deal!!!! We definitely want to come back and book with Gregg again!

We have been visiting HHI since 1995 and have stayed at different villas; our favorite area is Evian. This was the first time for staying at Gregg's villa. His pictures displayed on VRBO are pretty much right on, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arriving, that he had just did some remodeling on the kitchen. Upon communicating with him after we arrived, he informed us that another project on his list is renovating the bathroom/rooms and installing walk-in showers. That will definitely be a huge plus. Gregg was truly one of the nicest owners we have ever booked with at HHI. It was so sweet that while we were on our way, he emailed and told us to have a good time and if anything needed attention to call him immediately. We were amazed. He even called us while there and checked to make sure everything was in order. Not sure you will find any better owner to book with.

Shipyard is the capital for your vacation

My family and I spent a week during summer 2014 and it was a blast. First, dealing with Greg in the rental agreement is extremely professional. His response time for any question is prompt and accommodating. The unit is well maintained and super clean. Pictures of the unit depicts reality (What you see what you get). Shipyard plantation where the unit is located is highly maintained. Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes life easier. Bike trails inside shipyard are well designed and maintained. Security of the planation gives you a peace of mind. Beach is clean but water had jelly fish in some areas. Sunrise at the beach is something to watch. Bike rental for a week worth it where they deliver and pick up to and from your unit with no extra charge. Walking and dining at Harbor town marina are great activities. If you're looking for a family vacation, I highly recommend it.

Hilton holiday

Our family of four stayed for two months at this Evian villa. It suited our needs very well. Communication was great throughout the process. We appreciated the proximity to the tennis courts, beach, and the new Celebration park just near Coligny. Size of the master bedroom was larger than we expected. As with most vacations, it's less about the amenities and more about who your time is spent with, so I'll leave at that!

Great family getaway

We had a great family getaway! We enjoyed our week stay in such a nice and clean villa. This villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked in 5 of the 7 nights, and it was like we were home. Kitchen had everything we needed. A week of family, fun, games, biking, beach, and relaxing. we would definitely recommend this villa and the owner was so great to deal with. He was very prompt in answering all of our questions. We will return for sure!

Low country vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and the location on the Island was convenient. The place was clean and everything worked as it should. Only slight negatives were the beach is about a 15 minute walk and carrying chairs make it a hassle so had to drive and A/C in the bedrooms was a few degrees warmer than the kitchen and living room. We would go back.

In Dec of 2011 we realized our dream when we purchased this unit. We recently upgraded the unit to include a larger and wall mounted HD TV in the living room, a flat screen HD TV to be added in the master bedroom as well as new dinning room furniture, new bedding, blinds and several other cosmetic upgrades. We are sure all this will help make the unit more appealing and will only serve to enhance your vacation experience. We purchased the unit in 2012 and will continue to upgrade as needed. We love Hilton Head and want you and your family to love it as well. Come visit us. We guarantee you will want to come back every year.

Hilton Head is my families idea of paradise. It has everything we look for in activities (beach, golf, entertainment), life style (easy going laid back) and decor (beautifully landscapped plantations and tastefully designed shopping areas). We have been coming here since 1985 and find it our favorite place on earth. For those families visiting in the summer, I highly recommend a trip to Harbor Towne to see Greg Rusell perform. His show is child oriented but I am here to say it is as entertaining for the adults as it is for the children.
