Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofabett. Oben auf dem Dachboden gibt es ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Das Master-Bad hat einen Schritt in der Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Das Erdgeschoss Gäste-Bad verfügt über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination. Oben auf dem Dachboden gibt es ein Vollbad mit Dusche / Wanne-Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. quiet, comfortable, clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was handy that was needed, the whole place was maintained on every aspect. Very clean and comfortable, a quiet location with all the amenities but right around the corner from shops, eats, and at least two tram stops. Sits right on the river where we saw people fishing and yes, a bear was spotted, my husband saw it. Pool and hot tub were clean and functional as was the elevator.

Pros and Cons of our stay at Park Place Condominiums

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Park Place several times over the last 20+ years. It is a great location if you want to spend time in the Park. And you can leave your car parked and walk downtown to most of the attractions. The pool is small but not usually crowded so easy to enjoy. But the condo we stayed in needs some updating and some repairs. The kitchen could use more utensils and lids for pans. The refrigerator and some of the vent fans and ceiling fans need repair or replacing. The beds need better mattresses and definitely need new pillows. But the AC worked well(critical) and plenty of hot water. Bed arrangements were good. The balconies are great-all overlooking the creek. It was pretty quiet, too. All in all we had a great time. We didn’t need much from management but they were very friendly and helpful whff we n we did.

Perfect for hiking groups

This condo is located conveniently on the park end of Gatlinburg which makes it perfect for hiking groups. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. The condo needs a good makeover and updates but we would still stay here again. All the vent covers need a good cleaning as do the baseboards. The upstairs bathroom needs a light above the mirror to be able to see good. We enjoyed sitting outside on the roomy balcony overlooking the river. There was a leak under the sink in the guest bathroom but was taken care of quickly with a phone call to the front desk.

The location offered easy access to the Smoky Mountains National Park, the Gatlinburg Bypass, and perfect for hitting the Gatlinburg strip every evening. From now on, these condos will be our first choice any time we are staying in Gatlinburg.

Great!

The condo is in a great location. The local scenery is beautiful. We will be staying here again for future large family vacations. It was roomy, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor issues, like the downstairs toilet being very loose, the upstairs closet smelling heavily of cat urine and one of the burners of the stove not working consistently. Other than that, I just wish there was more seating since it's a high occupancy unit. We had to take turns eating at the dining table since it couldn't hold all of us. We also weren't able to all sit in the living room together due to the lack of seating.

We Love Park Place on the River

Quiet, clean and great access to park, town

October is a very popular time in the area, and the places we usually stay were all booked.Found this place with great rates. Condo was clean and spacious. Park view was wonderful! Had a couple of minor issues but nothing that won't keep us from staying here again! Great access to the national park (just one traffic light between the property and the park entrance) and about a block off the Parkway so it's easy to walk to most restaurants, shops and attractions.It's very close to Calhoun's, Cherokee Grill, Smoky Mountain Brewery and Old Dad's General Store (great place for sandwiches and supplies for a picnic in the park).

Nice condo

The overall stay was great, easy check in and check out. The condo was clean had alot of space. Only issue we had was the loft bedroom and bathroom lights were very dim. Would stay there again.

Great location

This property was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. A few things need to be maintained (loose light fixture, noisy bathroom vents), and a few things are dated (washing machine and dish washer), but everything functioned and we were quite comfortable. The location was perfect for us, close to both Gatlinburg (walked to restaurants and shops) and the National Park (we did the hike to the Visitors Center). The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and check in was simple.

Wonderful Weekend Adventure!

The only thing that I wished there were more of were pots and pans and a bigger casserole dish. We cooked in most of our meals and it was difficult cooking for six with limited cookware. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and it made the experience that much better. Would recommend to family and friends to stay here.
