Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Das Loft verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Im Erdgeschoss Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das Master-Bad hat einen Schritt in der Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Das Erdgeschoss Gäste-Bad verfügt über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination. Im Obergeschoss der Dachboden hat eine Badewanne mit einer Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Mostly adequate , would recommend based on info below

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it mostly suited our needs. It slept 10 pretty well, but several functional repairs needed. Inadequate supplies for a group of ten. There were five spoons, forks, knives for a group of 10. Luckily one of the guests brought plastic spoons and forks etc. Towels were skimpy in amount but we got by. One small frying pan, not full size was all you had other than pots. Making breakfast was a little challenging. However, location was wonderful with balcony overlooking the river. Two balcony chairs broken, unsafe, screen door bent and fell off. Several other repairs needed and reported at end of stay (2 days). The staff was great and very responsive, however they'd been in there all day to make repairs if I reported everything that was wrong while we were there. Also, dirty blanket found folded up in closet.🤔

Great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and staff was very nice. The unit was very outdated. Upstairs loft twin bed was broken. Extra blankets were stained. Dishes and cookware was old and damaged. Air filter was filthy and the air unit froze up due to that. Patio furniture chairs damaged. Very few plugs in the bedrooms for chargers. TV’s in the bedrooms were very very smalll. Definitely don’t feel as though what we got was what was advertised. Microwave was very old and didn’t work well.

Girls Trip

10 ladies from around the U.S. met and stayed here for our annual girls trip to a different location each year. Close to the main strip with a very scenic view from our balcony. Requests from office for items were filled with no problem. Plenty of parking and accommodated a friend who also had a small trailer with her. For those who go to bed early, the noise level was blocked nicely when the doors were shut from the night owls!! We did ask for a fan for those sleeping in the loft and a blade broke on 1st use. Would recommend this location.

Great Location and Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Park Place Condos was wonderful. The condo was huge for our large family. We especially loved the balcony with the creek view. We even saw a bear one night in the creek. The location was convenient to explore the tourist area on the strip and indulge in food and beverages at local restaurants. The bathroom facilities were the only issue. The master bathroom could use some maintenance. The jacuzzi tub worked but water did leak from the spout and the shower could use an upgrade. Overall, that did not bother us because the condo was priced at a great value given that the master bath has not be updated in some years. The staff also were wonderful. We left behind a very special blanket that belonged to my 9 year old. The staff located the blanket after I called to report it and I was able to pay for a shipping service through a third party vendor that they use for these types of items that get left behind. She was very happy to have her blanket returned!

Pleasantly surprised

The unit was suitable for our needs (short weekend trip, on a budget); however, there are some small maintenance type issues that probably need dealt with (mostly cosmetic- missing caulk, peeling and mismatched bathroom floor, etc etc) and some larger cleaning issues that could easily be improved upon (moldy shower lining, stained sheets on box springs, articles of clothing left behind from past renters, etc). We loved how easy it was to rent at park place, enjoyed the quiet pool, thought the nearby river was so beautiful, and were extremely pleased with the location (the new carpet was also a pleasant surprise!). Fixing those maintenance and cleaning issues would make this place top notch.

Park Place Condo 405!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 405 is an oldie but a goody! It could stand to be updated a bit as compared to condo 404. It is a bit dated and the decor is not lodge or cabin feeling as you would expect in the Great Smokey Mountains. The cabinets are older and the appliances as well. With a little love, this condo could be amazing. The bed was super comfortable in master and the unit was clean. It has had a few updates, new carpet and new couch and loveseat. The dryer did not work properly and would not dry our clothes. Fortunately, we rented the condo next door as well for our large family gathering and we were able to take our clothes there for drying.

Lovely condo but could be more comfortable

It is a nice, clean place but the beds are very uncomfortable (I slept in the upstairs queen bed, the upstairs twin bed and the fold out couch bed). The listing shows bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom but the top bunk has been removed which could potentially be a problem for some who are counting on using it. The location is great and I loved the balcony over the river.

June Clogging Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Park Place met our needs well since we were not actually in the unit for very long each day. We have a reservation again for the same unit during the October clogging competition. The size of the unit fits our family very well. A few things were not 5 star. I was not given information on how to check in after hours, so I had to wait for another guest to appear who had a code for the box. I felt that the office should be open later than 5:00 on Fridays. If checking in after 5, be sure to ask for specific instructions for getting the keys. The dryer in our unit didn't work. The decor, especially in the bedrooms, needs to be updated and freshened up some.
