Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 adults and a 1 yr. old stayed 6 nights. Everything was as wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone. Staff was friendly and even completed a repair the same day.The unit was nicely decorated and the king bed in the master was one the best beds I've ever slept in. Cleanliness of the unit was top notch. It's the first thing I always check! The only negative was that the hot tub was broken when we got there and was never operational while we were there. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Great location and spacious

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. We enjoyed it as it was right at the end of the strip and right next door to a bunch of hiking and sight seeing places. Having 3 kids with us made it a great location since we went and did some sight seeing and hiking without even having to drive anywhere as well as walking Gatlinburg strip with lots of restaurants, moonshine tasting, souvenir stores and many more attractions. The location of the condo by the little river that past thru made it for a very relaxing atmosphere. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was as if we were at home away from home. After hours check in was a breeze and also Jeff replied to some questions I had the week before our trip very promptly. My family and I are already planning to stay again here sometime in the near future.

Fantastic Stay, but a touch outdated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost perfect. This property is incredibly clean and well maintained. The furnishings are super outdated. We got one of the most updated units and some of it still felt like it was 40+ years old. That being said, everything was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The location is perfect because it's quiet and set against the river, but walkable to everything downtown. The elevator wasn't working properly so that was a drag at checkout with two small kids, but even more of a drag for the man in a wheelchair one floor below us. Overall, I think it could do with updating but we would honestly stay there again on our next trip given the price and cleanliness.

Exceptional view! Friendly staff. The only complaint we had was the placement of the towel rack in comparison to the way the shower door opened.

Great location outweighs outdated decor

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to spend time in GSMNP, it would be hard to find a better location in Gatlinburg. It's at the end of town, so you don't have to drive through the traffic snarls in town. The covered parking is also very nice; we appreciated it since it rained while we were loading the car. The balcony overlooking the stream is pleasant. Downsides of this unit: poorly appointed, with no hair dryer, only two teaspoons, three wine glasses, and no corkscrew. The decor is very outdated. It didn't feel squeaky clean to me, and my feet got a little dirty walking barefoot in the unit. The second bedroom has two beds but no nightstands, no lamps near the beds.
