Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Das Master-Bad als großer Schritt in der Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Love being by the river, and having a fireplace is wonderful on those chilly nights after a day in the Smokeys or shopping the strip. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming. Will always stay there anytime we come to Gatlinburg.

Great family reunion at Park Place Condos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 8th family reunion at Park Place! We wouldn’t dream of renting an inconveniently located cabin when we have Park Place! The location is within walking distance of downtown and the national park is across the creek plus the Gatlinburg Trail. The units are clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly! We’re already looking forward to next year!

Thanksgiving Retreat

It could use a good deep cleaning with small repairs needed, (guest bathroom toilet seat, hot & cold water faucet is in reverse order, faucet in kitchen sink leaks at the base and the sprayer doesn't work.We loved the view from the balcony and hope to return during the summer when we can enjoy sitting outside.

Sweet little retreat

Reviewer Comments: Very nice laid back quite and close to everything you could walk anywhere you wanted to go.our only problem and the cleaning fee was waved was the bathrooms were not cleaned. I bought cleaner and cleaned myself. Hair and dirt very disgusting. The outside furniture was nice but the cushions are filthy. The porch was so nice to sit used towels over cushions. Over looking the creek very peaceful. Needs better lighting in bathrooms little dated. Overall we would return.

Hidden gem by SMNP

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

Comfortable, clean, great location

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING…. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

Wonderful cozy condo located at the very end of Gatlinburg……but the view from the balcony makes you feel like you’re in the middle of GSMNP! Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable condo. We’re already making plans to return!

A Little Disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Unit #108 approximately 5 times now. We love the decor and comfort there, and it's always spotless; except for this last visit. Upon arrival, we found crumbs on the kitchen sink/counters, kitchen floor, living room couch. The floor in the larger bathroom was also questionably clean. It appeared someone just did the bare minimum to clean it up. We swept and cleaned what we needed to when we got there. Just as a side note, the kitchen faucet was loose and leaking a little, and there were a couple of times when the disposal side of the sink drained very slowly - maybe a clog.
