Located walking distance from DT, and readily available ride shares it will be incredibly simple to get around. If you have a vehicle on this trip, there is a spot for ONE vehicle in the driveway. No street parking. Please do not leave rental scooters and/or bikes in front of the home.
Other things to note
Your home backs to Bouldin Creek Greenbelt and a train that passes by daily. The master suite is equipped with a noise cancelling door to ensure the elimination of noise.

Your property has a ring camera at the front door, along with three cameras to surveil the outside. None of the cameras see inside of the home.

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions:
1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM
2) Parties and events are not permitted
3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults

Your neighborhood is centrally located making it a short walk, bike, or Uber ride to most places! Ride sharing is encouraged as only 2 vehicles fit in the driveway and street parking is not permitted.
