Blue Heron Beach Resort sits on the western shore of Lake Bryan, with grounds that include a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub, and sundeck. It's a prime location, with Disney Springs (two miles), Universal Studios Florida (nine miles), Epcot (nine miles), and Disney World (10 miles) incredibly close by.

Whether you're beginning or ending a day of adventure, it's a delight to relax outside on the lakefront balcony. Have breakfast at the bistro table, sip a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, or linger with a tropical cocktail in the golden hour light.

Inside, you'll find every essential for a memorable vacation. Cook with ease in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to eat at the breakfast bar and the glass-top table, and kick back in the plush living room to stream movies (using your own accounts) on the smart TV. In addition to two bedrooms (both with smart TVs), there's a bunk nook and a living room sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. A stacked washer/dryer, central air, and high-speed WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
