Welcome to this beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo with tons of natural light, vaulted ceilings, spacious floorplan and gorgeous water views from your private balcony. This condo is located within two miles of Surfside Beach and is part of the prestigious and active community of Grand Palms Resort. Surfside is Myrtle's smaller, quieter, more laidback little sister.

With two miles of pristine coastline that are cleaned daily and monitored by lifeguards to keep everyone safe, you can feel comfortable bringing the whole crew for a day of family fun. The town is also home to seven parks and the brand new iconic 800-foot Surfside Pier. If you've got older kids, they'll love the thrill-seeking adventure of a jet ski ride or parasail flight with Shoreline Watersports. Hudson's Surfside Flea Market, the area's largest and oldest open-air flea market, is owned by the third generation of its original owners. The 70,000-square-foot covered market features 400 vendor spaces selling everything from antiques and golf equipment to apparel and one-of-a-kind handmade goods.

Along the far-reaching stretch of Grand Strand coastline, Myrtle Beach State Park sits nestled among oceanfront maritime forest. A quiet, and surprisingly green, escape from the otherwise bustling beach, the park provides educational opportunities, a nature trail and some of the best surf fishing South Carolina has to offer as well as stunning ocean views and another great fishing spot on Myrtle Beach pier.

A sweeping Grand Strand beach, pristine and wide open, stands as one of the most recognizable South Carolina landmarks. Revel in sea-breeze camping, the finest surf fishing South Carolina has to offer and some of the top bird-watching on the East Coast. That's not all Huntington Beach State Park has to offer.
There are also South Carolina landmarks such as Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthropist and sculptor, respectively, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy.
Nature lovers also will enjoy the park's wide variety of programming, including the chance to see loggerhead turtles and other endangered plant and animal species up close. The park's freshwater lake is a sure-fire place to see alligators and sometimes even a mink or two.

The owner has included several home upgrades like a smart TV in the living area, as well as smart TV's in other bedrooms. Also included is high speed WIFI.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or a picnic to enjoy at the beach. On the days you decide to dine in, gather around the four person dining table with loved ones or grill, relax on the lounge chairs, and eat outside on the patio. If cooking isn't on your vacation list of things to do, no worries, as this area of Surfside beach has some of the top restaurants very close by. Surfside Beach has some of the best restaurants to choose from. From some of the freshest seafood you will ever taste, to restaurants of all flavors and price points. Pizza Heyna was Voted “Best on the Grand Strand,” this wacky pizza shop is like no other in the area! All of their pizzas are 10 inches and “WILD” fired Neapolitan style in a 700-degree oven. A local favorite is the Sour Puss pie topped with garlic sauce, dill pickles, fresh mozzarella cheese and dill weed. Other pies include toppings like pork belly, gyro meat, smoked gouda, kale pesto and even carnitas pork. The restaurant also has sammies, salads and a great list of apps.
