The Space:
Furnished in the Colonial style, this resort offers all the modern amenities and activities you could want. Surrounded by the area's top attractions and historic landmarks, there's plenty to explore, ensuring that your getaway is one to remember. This Colonial inspired private entry (lockbox) condo has three bedrooms and three baths and it is 1531sq ft! The master suite has a king bed with attached en suite. The second and third bedrooms both have a king bed as well. The living room has a two queen sofa beds and accommodates up to 10 guests! Guests will enjoy a balcony/patio with gorgeous landscaped views. The condo has a full kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer for your connivence.

Guest Access:
The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is an excellent option for families visiting the area. The resort boasts a wide range of family-friendly amenities, such as an 18-hole miniature golf course, large outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an activities program, and a movie theater. Adults can also enjoy several amenities like an adult-only swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and grill. The King’s Fare Marketplace and Deli, located next to the family pool, offers wine and beer tastings throughout the spring and summer seasons.
There are also plenty of kid-friendly perks, such as a well-stocked DVD library, a children’s playground, and a video arcade/game room that offers endless free games.

There is a mandatory $7.00 daily fee per suite. The fee includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games).

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
