Summary:
This expansive Orlando resort, encompassing 2,300 acres, offers exclusive amenities and is conveniently located within a short drive of theme parks, shopping, and other area attractions. Guests can spend the day exploring Orlando's best offerings, then return in time to take advantage of the resort's on-site activities, including three championship golf courses, a waterpark, and more.

The Space:
Come to play at Orlando's theme parks but stay to play at our water theme park! This spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is 1530-1655 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite. The second bedroom has a king bed as well. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and the open living room has a sofa sleeper and access to the balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have in sunny Florida, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Golf Courses are subject to availability and may be closed due to scheduling or maintenance. Priority tee times at Arnold Palmer Legacy and Tom Watson Independence Signature, golf courses, can be made 7-days in advance. Miniature golf is available at the resort Wednesday through Sunday. Adult price is $12 and child price is $6.
There are no barbecue grills on the property.

Access to the waterpark is a maximum of eight people per reservation made.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

We are unable to provide parking for recreational vehicles or trailers on property.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
