Our newest propery! This Seaside Suites Condo in Litchfield Resort is your home away from home. There's plenty of space for everyone with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. Take a stroll on the paths around the resort and walk 1/2 mile to the private Litchfield Beach. With this rental, guests receive a gate pass to drive into the gated portion of the resort and park at the designated beach access parking lot. Beach chairs & towels are available in the condo and ready for a full day of sun! Play tennis or pickleball or splash and play in the outdoor or indoor pools. Play golf at one of the many local top-notch courses or just relax and enjoy the South Carolina sun.

There are 2 queen beds in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Living room is spacious with a sleeper sofa that allows for 2 more people. The kitchen is stocked with things you need to stay in and cook. Washer & dryer in the unit! This 2nd floor unit is located near the elevator. There is a Starbucks located in the registration building at Litchfield by the Sea so you can just walk over to get your morning coffee! The resort also has a resturant and outdoor deck dining. Live music offered during the summer season.
