The space
LAKE ARROWHEAD TRAIL ACCESS: We will register your group and have 2 ALA passes which allows 5 guests per pass (A total of 10) to access the private walking trails around the lake. Once entering the walking trails you will see docks, the docks are private, BUT, the little beaches in between the docks can be used by guests:). There are several guest lake access points around the Lake. Just to the left of our house there is a set of railroad ties which leads you to one of those access points:). Once registered you will need to go to the ALA office to get your wristbands, they also have maps of access points, etc:).
The private beach clubs (Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay are private) and only accessible by the home owners. There is no public rentals. You can take a waterskiing class through the Mckenzie water ski school in the village.
Step into our charming A-frame Cabin nestled amidst the towering trees, and you'll be greeted by a grand living room featuring soaring 30-foot vaulted ceilings. The seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen creates a warm and inviting space for family gatherings. The modern kitchen is outfitted with a plethora of tools and supplies to create a fabulous meal. Step outside onto the spacious deck equipped with a BBQ and plush lounge furniture, perfect for soaking in the natural beauty. The main floor hosts the luxurious master bedroom with a king bed adorned with sumptuous sheets by Pom Pom Home, offering a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience and comfort. Ascend the stairs to discover the enchanting loft area, ideal for relaxation and entertainment. Whether it's a game of pool, a cozy fireside chat, or a movie night on the sofa, the loft is the ultimate hangout spot. For larger groups, the loft can transform into additional sleeping quarters with its pull-out sofa bed.
The first floor boasts two more bedrooms - a mini-master bedroom with a king bed and a spacious bunk room featuring two full beds and two twin beds. The bunk room also offers its own sink and large TV, doubling as a communal gathering space for guests. A fully renovated bathroom on the first floor features a lavish shower and a soothing soaking tub. The mudroom is equipped with a washer and dryer, ample storage, and a designated area for shoes and ski equipment. Outside on the gravel patio, a charming farmhouse dining table and fire pit with seating provide the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.
I am an interior designer and both my husband and I love to travel. We made sure the house has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We love to cook and have outfitted the kitchen with ample tools, equipment and serving ware.
Guests love the home's comfortable mattresses and linens and we are frequently asked for sources to purchase the linens, mattresses and furniture; which they are pleased to provide.
Guest access
Our home is located at the end of small access road. Two cars can park in the garage and two other cars can park on the driveway and adjacent parking spot in front of the house. Please do not park in the access road or in front of neighbors homes.
Other things to note
Please be advised that the bunk bed room does not have a door for privacy. It is ideally suited for children or adult guests who are comfortable with an open sleeping space.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
LOCATION:
Less than a 10 minute drive to Arrowhead Village.
GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.

Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS: We're pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
