Welcome to the Magnolia Farmhouse - A Geneva Lake original perched on a corner lot just two blocks from Fontana's beloved lakefront. Immerse yourself in a piece of history (est. 1910!) that has been lovingly rejuvenated into a modern-day escape while paying homage to its turn-of-the-century charm. The Magnolia Farmhouse is meant to be a place to unwind, reflect, and connect with loved ones. From floor to ceiling, it has been curated to provide guests with a meaningful vacation experience.

It's all in the details with this Fontana abode- thoughtful touches throughout transcend the norm of properties like it. As a result, visitors are left with a homey feeling that will make them want to extend their stay! Entering from the paradigm, farm-style covered front porch, guests are greeted by open concept living and an abundance of natural light. A cozy seating area, flowing into a dining space, and later a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, create the ideal atmosphere for entertaining and congregating. A fan favorite, the intimate "reading room", offers a sanctuary for diving into your favorite book or conversing over a cocktail.

Off the kitchen, a spacious and beautifully furnished deck overlooks a shady outdoor oasis with manicured landscaping. Enjoying a glass of wine while grilling on the deck is one of the best summer rituals. Entering through the arbor, the center yard is perfect for playing bags and other outdoor games. The covered front porch makes for a great place to "people watch", relax, and soak in the lake breeze as you sit on the spacious bench swing and take in the hydrangeas and other flowers that surround. A great place to begin and end your day....the focal point of the back yard, an expansive patio and built-in fire pit, surrounded by lush gardens, is the place to be once the sun sets!

In terms of sleeping accommodations, the Magnolia Farmhouse does not disappoint. Four bedrooms, each with their own personality, have been thoughtfully designed and decorated to ensure every member of your group has a cozy place to call home at the end of the day. Below is a breakdown of each:
