ABOUT THE HOME
The space is modern and comfortable. The highlight of this home is the open concept layout with seamless indoor/outdoor transitions creating the perfect space to enjoy your time in the mountains with family and friends. The beautiful fully loaded gourmet kitchen has beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen large island is the heart of the home! Expansive 20’ floor to ceiling windows surround the entire main living space allowing for an abundance of light and you will feel as though you are immersed in Pemberton’s great outdoors. You cannot avoid taking in the unobstructed stunning views of the famous Mt. Currie mountain from almost every room in the house, and certainly all decks! The outdoor space features ample relaxation areas, dining areas, BBQ, 10x20' pool and 4 person hot tub.
Discover the ultimate Pemberton experience by choosing to stay in this impressive home located in The Ridge, 300 ft above the valley floor. This house is at the top of a hill, in a corner lot at the end of a cul-de-sac blessing it with less traffic, more privacy and unparalleled views of Mt Currie!
You have private access to everything you seen in the photos. A code will be specially created for your stay and this will give you access through the black door to the left of garage.
Please understand this home is the owners main/full time living space. They live and work from home and are only not here during the summer months (July & Aug ) when they are running their remote fishing lodge or when they can escape for travel purposes. The home is filled with treasures the owners have collected throughout their years of traveling the globe...please respect this as you would your own.
The property manager will come by once a week to remove the garbage & recycling, water the plants & check in to see if you required anything. Weekly/biweekly cleaning is available to you at your own cost if you so desire.
IMPORTANT:
1- There is a separate suite above the garage. The long term tenants have their own private access to their suite & private parking spot (not shared with your parking). The tenants do not have access to the main house or back yard areas. There is no shared space. The tenants are quiet and respectful. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any excessive noise for either the home or suite.
2- A Ring doorbell is installed for security. Ring cameras are also facing the pool for security and safety reason.
3- No parties permitted per VRBO regulations
4 - We ask that you leave the house as you found it. Our cleaning angels will turn over all the linens, please leave the kitchen tidy and all dishes clean and put away. Also, if you could kindly, turn lights off, lower or turn off AC, and pile towels in the tubs/showers
5 -DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OUTSIDE. There is no curb side trash pick up in Pemberton. This is to protect the bears and other wild life. We all have to take our trash, recycling and compost to the depot. We have arranged that the property manager will remove garbage and recycling from the home once a week for you.
ACTIVITIES
Pemberton is known for its epic mountain bike adventures just outside your doorstep. Regardless if you’re just starting or an expert rider, there’s the perfect trail for everyone...and most of these are down the road from our home. Pemberton has numerous lake options to drive too, 2 spectacular golf courses, horseback riding and a quaint town with local restaurants and shopping.
Just a 30 min drive south is Whistler. Whistler is a mecca for outdoor adventure. The legendary Bike Park, award-winning golf courses, breathtaking glacier-fed lakes, lush forests are all linked by a network of paved trails, so you can discover Whistler at your own pace. Or just stroll through the village browsing through the shops and choosing which award winning restaurant you’ll dine at.
If you are heading south you’ll need to add Nairin Falls to your itinerary.
A 20klm drive north is Joffrey Lake Provincial Park, BirkenHead and Anderson Lakes.
