Guest will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

The credit card fee is non-refundable, but all other charges are fully refundable per our cancellation policy.

*The property is secured by ADT alarm system and the ADT touchscreen panel is located in the 4th bedroom. The ADT system is disarmed during the guest stay, but the system is active.
