Hot Springs finest lake cottage, Summer's Hideaway

Welcome to Summer's Hideaway! Named for our granddaughter, it's a haven in any season. Located on the main river channel of beautiful lake Hamilton. We're tucked away in a small community aptly named Cozy Acres. We really don't need to say much & a picture does say a lot, nevertheless you'll be awed by this cottage & its spectacular views. The cottage is 1500 sq. feet, two bedroom, two bath. Custom built with every imaginable attention to detail. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & large granite island. You'll have a view to take your breathe away while you enjoy any meals you plan to cook. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs, both boasting lake views. The master, with king sz bed & sofa will capture your imagination & you'll see why it's called the Captains Quarters. The experience of feeling you're actually on the water is undeniable. The Queens room with sumptuous queen bed & openness will equally charm you. You'll naturally be drawn outside & have multiple options for enjoyment. Balcony off master bedroom. Large deck on first level. as well as a grilling patio. We have a swim dock & a boat ramp adjacent to our property. You may bring a small fishing boat, or jet skies, & or kayaks. We cannot accommodate larger watercraft due to limited parking. You may have one vehicle & one small trailer, or two vehicles & no trailers. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any pets regardless of size or breed. This policy has been put in place to ensure the comfort & safety of all our guests, including those with allergies & phobias. We understand that pets are an important part of many families, but we ask that you make alternative arrangements for your furry friends during your stay with us. We recommend contacting local pet boarding facilities or pet-friendly hotels in the area. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation in keeping our rental property clean & enjoyable for all guests. Please respect the privacy & private property of our kind neighbors.
