Guest Evaluation and Check-In Policy:
To ensure a seamless and secure experience for all our guests, we have implemented a comprehensive evaluation and check-in process. By booking our property, guests agree to the following terms:

(1) Identification Verification: All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. The names on the reservation must match the IDs provided.

(2) Age and Booking Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 30 years of age, events, parties, photo shoots, etc.

(3) Guest Screening: To maintain the safety and integrity of our property, we conduct a brief screening process for all potential guests. This may include questions regarding the purpose of your stay and the composition of your group.

(4) Occupancy Limits: Strict occupancy limits are enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Only the number of guests specified in the booking will be allowed to stay at the property.

(5) Check-In Procedure: Detailed check-in instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to follow these instructions for access to the property.

(6) House Rules Acknowledgment: Guests must agree to our house rules, which include no smoking, and no parties or events. A complete list of rules will be available for review before booking.

Additional Info

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages or violations of house rules during your stay. As outlined during the booking process, a security deposit of $1,500 is required. To secure this deposit, the host will place a temporary hold on the guest's credit card for the full amount ($1,500) three (3) days before the beginning of the lease term. This hold is intended to cover any potential damages or incidental charges incurred during the stay. Following the guest's checkout, the hold on the security deposit will be released within three (3) days, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.

Parking: Metered street parking is available on Harding Ave, in front of the property, or on 82nd (about 100ft from the property).

Pets: We love pets and are a pet friendly property. We allow pets less than 20 pounds (max of 2 pets), and require and a one-time $300 fee per pet.

Children: Babies/children are allowed and we do have a crib in the back villa. That said, please be advised THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A NET OR FENCE AROUND IT, AND ALL CHILDREN AND BABIES MUST BE SUPERVISED AT THE POOL. Please confirm you understand and agree to this, as we want to ensure all children and babies are safe at the property.

Rent Responsible: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay, and it is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.

Security Cameras: The property is equipped with four security cameras for the safety of our guests: one located at the entrance, two monitoring the pool deck, and a fourth overseeing the alley. We prioritize our guests' privacy and assure complete discretion. Access to the camera footage is reserved for emergencies.

Package and Handling Policy: Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
