Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

You can park on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. There's additional parking at the clubhouse. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
- Please note that the projector does not come with a remote control, and universal controls are not compatible with the Artliis Play 4 model. - The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

- Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

- Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

- We're happy to deliver:
