With its classic architecture, inviting and expansive wraparound porch that overlooks the Intracoastal waterway, and large windows that flood the home with natural light, this home is truly an ideal place to vacation or host unforgettable events.

As you step inside, you’re transported back in time, and are quickly reminded that this home is steeped in history. Notably, this home was once owned by the legendary bootlegger Bill McCoy, a prominent figure during the Prohibition Era. Known as the “Real McCoy,” he became one of the country’s most wanted men for rum-running in the early 1900s. McCoy gained fame for selling only genuine, unadulterated liquor exactly three miles offshore, enabling McCoy to operate “legal” floating liquor stores in international waters at a time when counterfeit alcohol was rampant. McCoy’s presence adds a touch of intrigue and excitement to the already captivating ambiance of this home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
