Shore House 401 provides a quiet, intimate setting away from the crowds yet close to many area attractions. The unit features panoramic views of white sand beaches, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Intracoastal Waterway. This unit is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located on the 4th floor of this 10-unit complex. Beautiful natural cypress wood ceilings give 401 a truly beach-cottage feel. Tasteful, comfortable furnishings and amenities create the relaxed ambiance of true Florida living.

The well-appointed kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully stocked to meet every cooking need. The spacious living room has a full view of the Gulf and plenty of seating. There is a fully functional fireplace and smart TV. Should you require a “working” vacation the unit features a desk with an office chair and both wired and wireless internet access. The primary suite features ultra-plush bedding, a smart TV, and a welcoming seating area in front of a large picture window with a full Gulf view. Enjoy a relaxing shower in the calming sea green glass tile spa-like bath with dual shower controls serving both a wall-mounted shower head and ceiling-mounted rainfall shower head. The second bedroom features a large bay window with views of the Intracoastal waterway as well as the beach. The 3rd bedroom features two individual beds and a smart TV. The second bath in this unit has a tub/shower combination. Also included is a laundry area with a front-load washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room opens onto an extended balcony that allows for perfect unobstructed sunset viewing.

The Shore House has a shared heated pool overlooking the beach. Available are two assigned undercover parking spaces directly below the building. Unit access to the elevator or stairs is just steps away. With only 10 units, this complex offers a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a restful, undisturbed vacation. Directly across the street is a nature preserve featuring a boardwalk trail through a mangrove tree canopy to the Intracoastal Waterway. A short drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg, Indian Shores is considered one of the best beaches on the central coast of Florida. This unique vacation spot offers a great getaway nestled in a quiet community but well within reach of many Florida attractions such as the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, Boca Ciega Millennium Park, George C. McGough Nature Park, Splash Harbour Water Park, Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center as well as baseball spring training, professional football, and hockey.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
