Fees Upon Arrival:

• Security Deposit: a $100 per night hold on a valid credit card at check-in.

• Parking: outdoor self-parking, including electric & tesla charging stations.

Facilities:

• 3 Pools: Open 7AM - 10PM daily.
• Fitness center: Open 7AM - 8PM daily.

• Rooms: with views of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. No elevator access.
• Pet policy: notify upon booking; reservation required and subject to availability.
