Nestled inside the Highland Parks neighborhood, this home exudes luxury and comfort, and offers everything that you are looking for in your Blue Mountain Beach getaway.

This home sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms.  The 2nd floor primary bedroom is spacious and has a king bed and 2 perfect spots for reading and relaxing.  In the en suite bath you'll find dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, water closet and a custom master closet with built-in drawers and lots of hang-up space.  Just down the hall are two more queen bedrooms, a shared bath with a tub/shower combo, and the laundry closet, with full-size machines.

The living, dining and kitchen area are open and provide plenty of seating for gathering and family time. This area opens to both the screened porch and the front porch, which has a fire table and seating.

"Emerald Beach Cottage" provides easy access to everything you desire for your vacation!  Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access and the Gulfview Heights Regional Beach Access are both about 1 mi. from the home.  From Emerald Beach Cottage, you're just steps away from 30A's famous Timpoochee Trail,  where you can walk or bike in either direction to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to the Longleaf Greenway trailhead, offering 8 miles of forest trails for jogging, hiking, and biking. Highland Parks is within close proximity to other attractions as well -  Gulf Place (1 mile), Grayton Beach's renowned Red Bar (2.5 miles), and Seaside (4 miles).  When you're ready to explore even more shopping, movie theaters, dining options, and attractions, convenient access to Hwy 98 will lead you to Grand Boulevard at Miramar Beach (7 miles) or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (9 miles).

Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels,  2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hour

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 55 minutes from the house.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the house.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
