Unsere Wohnung in Marbella, dem begehrtesten Gebäude für Ferienvermietungen, bietet rund um die Uhr Sicherheit und viele Annehmlichkeiten, wie einen großen Swimmingpool, einen Basketballplatz, Kinderspielplätze, Grillplätze und eine wunderschöne Außenanlage. Der Grillplatz mit Blick auf den Strand ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihre eigene Grillparty am Strand zu veranstalten. Alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung sind in geschlossenen Räumen und nur für die Bewohner oder Mieter der Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung selbst wurde im April 2014 professionell renoviert und eingerichtet. Der Stil ist zeitgemäß modern und verwendet Weiß und Grau als Grundfarben mit Türkis und Magenta als Akzentfarben, was ihm eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre verleiht, ideal für Ihren Urlaub.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, insbesondere wenn einige Kinder sind, wie folgt konfiguriert:
Hauptschlafzimmer: ein King-Size-Bett und ein Twin-Size-Futon (45 Zoll) für 3 Personen.
Zweites Schlafzimmer: ein großes Bett mit einem zweieinhalb Zoll (45 Zoll) großen Futon für 3 Personen.
Wohnbereich: 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa für 2 Personen.
Bettmatratzen und Bettwäsche wurden sorgfältig für Ihren Schlafgenuss ausgewählt. Handtücher sind dick und durstig 100% Baumwolle. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Blackouts und Fensterbehandlungen.
Es gibt einen guten Stauraum für Kleidung, da beide Schlafzimmer Schränke haben.

Great host - a few improvements needed

The apartment is in a great building. I would say the area outside the building is more for older kids and adults than younger kids. Host had great communication. Check in was a little confusing. Apartment could use some extra attention to details. Overall, good place and great host.

Great location, but small fixes would help

We recently stayed at this VRBO and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants and very walkable, making it easy to explore the area. The views from the unit are truly stunning, which was a highlight of our stay.However, there were some issues with the accommodations. The balcony doors didn’t close well, though we were able to open them. The bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, and the master shower constantly dripped. Additionally, the hot water in the master bathroom was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold, which felt unsafe. The guest bathroom, on the other hand, never got truly hot—just lukewarm at best. The showers also didn’t have soap holders, which was inconvenient.As for the beds, the guest bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, which made for a less restful sleep.Overall, while the location and views were fantastic, the maintenance issues and comfort concerns impacted our experience. With a few improvements, this could be a great stay.

Beautiful spring break visit

This was a great stay for our family. Amazing views of a beautiful beach and a comfortable place to stay. Very easy access to pool and beach. Convenient safe parking so we could explore the island with a rental car. Would stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

We are so so thankful for our stay in this beautiful space. Jorge went above and beyond in securing a basketball for our 3 sons to use, and they played basketball, swam in the ocean, and soaked up the view every single day.

Perfect in every way!

The apartment is fabulous, spotlessly clean, with an unbelievable view of the pool and beach. The condo complex is fantastic, excellent security, extremely well located, lovely facilities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, even making a special trip over to help set us up to watch the Super Bowl on the TV in the apartment. Thank you!

Beautiful view

The view was absolutely beautiful. Great location and smooth check in process. The amenities in the apartment need some improvement. The washer/dryer, stove, pots, pans and televisions all need upgrading. The master bathroom's sink is located right under a shelf. If you are not careful you can hit your head. I think the price was expensive for the condition of the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated so much the support and attentiveness of our host, Annie. Often there are issues that arise, but Annie was very responsive and sought to meet our needs. We were there for the infamous blackout of 12/31 but she kept us informed regarding administrative updates from the building on when the power would be restored. It took longer than normal, but fortunately it was cool enough to enjoy windows being open and hearing the relaxing sounds of the ocean. We would work with Annie again for our vacation plans in PR.

Ideal location on beautiful beach

Excellent security, bare Bones hallways, but beautiful interior condominium. Located on the 18th floor of a 19-story condominium situated directly on the beach. Excellent security, we felt safe the entire time. Easy access to the swimming pool and Beach area. Cleanest public beach I've ever seen. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms plus washer and dryer, made this the ideal vacation spot for us. Great location with stores and restaurants in close proximity. The host provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an ice chest which was a nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and would recommend it to anyone.

10 day Marbella stay

This condo was on the 18rh floor with beautiful expansive ocean view. Property manager very responsive and pleasant. Supplied some missing items that were promised and some other missing items promptly There were adequate items supplied. The condo is showing some wear with broken kitchen faucet and broken kitchen cabinet door that kept falling off Patio furniture had some broken wicker chairs and wobbly table. Dispite that the stay was great. Plenty of security and place was safe large pool and great access to a great beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance Uber makes easy visit to old San Juan and downtown easy. This was a nice visit and we would return but would hope owner will freshen place up

Awesome Puerto Rico Trip

Our stay was amazing. The unit is extremely nice with a beautiful view. The building is very secure. The beach just outside the property was perfect, but it was also a very convenient home base for enjoying other areas of the island (El Yunque, Luquillo, Fajardo for a trip to Culebra, Old San Juan, etc). The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Check-in is a little clunky if you have a rental car as I think other reviews have mentioned, but the instructions are clear and its over in a few minutes and you get to enjoy this beautiful spot

Very small, old & not clean

The property is not cleaned properly. Kitchen was dirty & old. One of the doors under the kitchen was falling apart. None of the appliances or kitchen utensils were clean. The bathrooms are renovated but tiny. The shower glass separator does not contain the water & the water gets on the bathroom floor. The vents for the HVAC is weirdly connected in such a way that you get all the smells from other apartments into 1806.

My wife and I along with our daughter and a friend, stayed for 2 weeks. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the view from our balcony was awesome. We were short washcloths and the microwave did not work. I contacted Val, the manager and she had more washcloths and a replacement microwave the next day. Fantastic response. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Great view a few issues

The view and access to the Beach and a very nice pool is as advertised. In addition, Val was very responsive and quickly fixed any problem we reported. The unit was disappointing in a few respects. 1. The check- procedure was a little crazy. The problem is easily solved with a $10 lock box, Within minutes of arriving we were locked in the unit because the lock was in disrepair. This was quickly fixed, 2. The building is very run-down and poorly maintained. While the unit itself is bright and cheerful with that great view, the hallways and common areas were a little depressing. Also the elevators were very unreliable. We were on the 18th so we depended on the four elevators. One elevator was out of commission during our entire two-week stay. Another elevator was in disrepair so often, we were afraid to use it. If you wanted to leave the building between 8:00 and 9:00 am, you could wait for an elevator 10 minutes or more. 3. The unit itself was fine for our needs but also had several problems. The balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful and well shaded, but the table wobbled. The micro-wave did not work, although we did not ask to have it fixed because we did not want to deal with someone coming into the unit.There was no dishwasher. A lot of the furniture was rusted, the front door was rusted and had holes and the paint job was in bad shape, giving the unit a feeling of neglect. The shower in one of bathrooms was so clogged my husband cleaned it out.

Great location and great view. Despite VRBO portal being down during our stay, Val communicated wonderfully and was speedy at accommodating our requests. Even agreed to reimburse for some items that were not available in the rental. Would stay again!

Beach getaway to kick off the new year!

Our family enjoyed our beach time and this property had all of the necessities. Short Uber ride from/to airport and great location to relax and enjoy the sand, sun and ocean. Everyone in the building was friendly. Basketball court only has 1 rim and needs nets.

Very Nice Condo and Location

The condo/apartment is in a very nice location and within close walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, casinos, and grocery stores. The Marbella property is very nice and safe and the other people who were staying here were very polite. The beach was wonderful and not very crowded. The manager was very responsive and brought a new cooler to us when we told her the cooler that was supposed to be at the condo was missing. The only negative I could think of was we prepared quite a few meals in the condo and it would be nice if there were a few more pots, pans, and cooking bowls to use, but we made it work. Overall, I would definitely stay at this condo again as we had a fantastic stay.

We are a family of five, mom, dad and three sons. We grew up coming to Isla Verde beach every Sunday, especially in the area from Marbella del Caribe to El San Juan Resort. It was the place to be on week ends, so we have fond memories of the area. We still love it here, and now share it with our renters.

This property has the great advantage that it is right on the beach, while at the same time, having other amenities, as a great huge pool, basketball court, playgrounds etc. You just need to get on your beach clothes and take the elevator down, and a few steps further on, you are on the beach, while being is a very safe condo, with 24/7 security, and assigned parking space.
At the same time, if you feel like exploring the island it is a good place to stay, since it is very close to Highway 66, that goes to the East, where most of the attractions like Rainforest and bio bay tours are.

The minute I saw this apartment I fell in love because of the stunning views from the 18th floor....I knew it needed some work but the basic ingredient of a great location, was there. After the renovation work, I think the apartment is a true gem, and I wouldn't mind if I get the chance to use it myself every now and then....
