Bedroom #1: King size bed, witha twin sleeper, television, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. This room also features sliding glass doors which open onto an outdoor balcony.
Bedroom #2: King size bed, futon, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This room also has outdoor balcony access through sliding glass doors.
Bedroom #3: Queen size bed and tv.
Bedroom #4: Twin size bed with twin size trundle.

Tahoe Vista is one of the greatest places in the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Close to many amenities and outdoor activities, this area is not to be overlooked. You will want to come back year after year, or season after season.


Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total, in garage and driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
