Cottage Nr. 2 - Charmantes und ruhiges, sauberes, komfortables Cottage, nur 32 km von Key West entfernt. Befindet sich neben dem Pool. Das Cottage bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine abgeschirmte Terrasse, ein Einzelzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und ein voll ausgestattetes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Dieses Ferienhaus liegt nur wenige Schritte von unserem Pool entfernt. Die Anlegestelle, Mauern und Kajaks stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Ein Münzwaschsalon ist in der Unterkunft ebenfalls verfügbar. Paradise in the keys.

Perfect location for us 23 miles to key west. Restaurants near by, pool, fishing pier. Can't wait to come back and do it all over again!

Location location location!

Stayed here for a few nights during a multi stop trip to Florida. The location is perfect for accessing the best of the lower keys. We brought our kayaks and launched right from the property for a great paddle. Easy drive to Bahia Honda for some beach time and more paddling. Also a great jumping off location for spending a nice long day in Key West. Beautiful sunrise from this property as well. Would stay again.

Great house but driveway needs work..

Place was great but the deep puddles in the driveway was making a muddy experience each time we used it.could not avoid the mud.

Cottage was very nice

Cottage was cozy and clean. Cottage needs a few things….. Stayed in cottage 2- screen door latch is broken, screen needs repaired in 2 places where there is napkins or paper towels in wholes. Outside light would not come on at the corner of cottage. TV was hard to see from the wire shelf hanging on the wall would be perfect. We loved the cottage. Provide paper towels and more towels in for bathroom. These are just suggestions. We really loved the cottage and plan to stay again next year.

Never stayed

They forgot to tell me that the water at that property is very shallow also the boat launched is too small to get a 26 ft center console with a 30-foot trailer and an Escalade into the boat ramps even if I got the boat in the water at a different place there still isn't enough deep water at the property manager was very rude told me she could not refund my money told me I don't know how to back up my trailer I would recommend this place to anybody terrible business!!

Great Week!

This was our second stay at the cottage. There is everything you need and we were able to bring our dog. It’s great to be able to use the boat slip as well. Reasonably priced and well worth it. Quiet, clean and close enough to everything.

Perfect cottage

My daughter and I stayed here for her 17th birthday. The location is excellent for tourism of the islands. The property is peaceful, friendly and clean. Beautiful pool. Cottage was very clean and furnished with everything you need. I’ll be back this time next year and will definitely plan to stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

Not the Taj, but has everything you need and CLEAN!

We came down to fulfill a couple of bucket list items. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs. Comfy, cozy, nice grounds, good parking for the bike trailer ... close enough to the Key West craziness, but also far enough away. A couple of great restaurants within 2 or 3 miles in either direction. Yes, it's older and yes, it's dated....but it's clean and totally functional with a pool right out back and a dock with a cool walkway through the mangrove. The team members we met were cheerful and friendly. The owners were communicative all the way up to and including our check in. We had zero issues with anything while there. All of the basics were stocked and appliances worked. Would absolutely stay again and again. Thank you!!!

Cute little getaway spot

My 15 year old daughter and I came to the Keys for a getaway. This cottage was the perfect location for us and affordable. The cottage was clean and tidy, plenty of items in the kitchen to make breakfast, lovely pool area and very responsive host. The dock is a beautiful spot for morning coffee. If you are looking for a high end experience this is not your spot as the building, while clean, is dated and the furnishings are older. For us it was just right. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Peaceful

Excellent location if you want to enjoy Key West but still be able to enjoy peace and quiet. Easy commute to Duval Str but far enough away to relax. Property was fully equipped for anything you would need and it was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The driveway has a greasy, slimy area. Making it difficult to get in & out of vehicles. The motorcycle almost slid out from under us as well. The blinds are still not fixed…. No privacy. The information sent from the property manager stated to bring coffee & filters…. Why?? There was no coffee maker. The refrigerator opens to the wrong side. You can’t read the knobs on the stove or oven. Picture showed a Weber grill. Not there. Thermostat set at 68. Can’t change it. Froze my butt off. Bring your own baking sheet pans. Don’t flush the toilet when in the shower, will burn your skin off. Tv is only 19”. Bring your glasses. Pool was nice. Tiny park style grill by the pool. Bring your charcoal

Boat trip

Great convenient place for fishermen/divers and family. Simple, clean Keys cottages with free dockage which is a big plus. Super convenient access to ocean and backcountry. If you are the hotel type and expect everything perfect go somewhere else. Always appreciate and support locals rather than big hotel chains.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

This property is not as described. When we arrived at 2am on 9/14/23, we entered the property and noted that there were roaches, the bedsheets had not been cleaned (as evidenced by the multiple hairs once we turned the sheets back), the bathroom was dirty, multiple slats missing from blinds on sliding glass doors (privacy concern!), the noise from the fans and AC made sleeping impossible, water pressure was practically non-existent. I had no choice but to stay that first night as it was already 2 am when we arrived. We contacted the Property Manager via text/email/voicemail. She did not respond for a bit and once she did, I had already booked a place elsewhere. She stated she would process a refund when she returned to her office. That was on 9/14/23. I have contacted her daily since that time and she just replied today on 9/19/23, that she had been "out of pocket and that the owner had refused to refund the money". This is ridiculous to advertise this place as something it is not, promise to refund the money, then refuse to refund. Save yourself the time, money, and inconvenience!!! This place is disgusting!! ****** UPDATE: I was refunded my money on 10/8/23. VRBO has demonstrated exceptional customer service and I appreciate their effort!!
