Designed for both relaxation and practicality, The Orchid House comfortably accommodates 12 GUESTS, offering a seamless blend between indoor and outdoor living, plus an abundance of space for everyone to gather.

The main floor living space is stunning and exudes modern luxury, featuring an opulent layout that seamlessly blends the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. The great room offers a warm atmosphere where you can enjoy conversations around the fireplace in the open living space or be thrilled watching the latest sports event on the large flat screen television. Prepare culinary delights in the spacious kitchen, appointed with high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, or let our Concierge team hire a private chef to serve local delicacies in the airy dining room. The oversized kitchen island serves as a centralized gathering area; perfect for wine tasting, charcuterie, or the chef's chosen amuse-bouche. The spacious screened porch beckons for everyone to gather, whether it be for morning brunch, afternoon happy hour or for the entertainment enthusiasts, a large TV is perfectly positioned over the outdoor fireplace for movies or sports viewing. Additional highlights of the first level include direct access to the grilling porch and charming outdoor dining area with table that seats six for al fresco dining under the stars, and a practical laundry room equipped with full-sized washer and dryer.

The bedrooms are just as inviting with all the luxury necessities needed for a peaceful night's sleep. Located on the main level, the primary suite is extraordinary, with a KING bed, flat screen tv, plus direct access to a private balcony with seating perfect for morning coffee and views overlooking the pool. The sumptuous primary bath showcases sleek modern finishes, with oversized soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Additionally on the main level, you'll find an equally exquisite guest suite, with comfortable KING mattress, cozy bedding, and spa-like ensuite bath.

Equally as inviting are the two sumptuous guest rooms located on the second floor. The first guest room tucked privately to the rear of the house, is appointed with a KING bed and a private ensuite bath and steps out to an expensive shared balcony. The other sun-filled bedroom is appointed with a QUEEN bed with convenient access to a nearby hall bath. Additionally, The kids will enjoy their own private fun-zone in the bunk room where a cozy living space awaits, flat screen TV, and 2-sets of custom-built TWIN bunk beds. This fun space has french doors that lead out to the second story, shared balcony.

The Orchid House offers an in-the-heart-of-it-all Moreland Village location, exhilarating private pool, a fire pit to gather around for cocktails or s'mores, and various porches that deliver the quintessential lowcountry experience. You're just a short walk or bike ride away from Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Plus you're just steps from the Moreland fire-pit, The Canteen and Cole's restaurants, Lake Bales and the walking & biking trails that wind along breathtaking tidal creeks.

Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, you're just 3 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around fire pit. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to many of the popular amenities around the resort. Inquire with our team about the availability of bikes and a golf cart during your stay.
