Additionally, the Summit Building has its own heated outdoor pool and hot tub, along with an outdoor grilling space.

This eighth-floor, snowbird-friendly condo has a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces - ideal for entertaining and relaxing! The living room invites you to wind down and worry about nothing except what to watch this evening on the TV with cable. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with your culinary skills and prepare exquisite homemade meals and snacks on the go in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances and a cute Keurig coffee maker to please coffee connoisseurs in your group. The private balcony boasts impressive ocean views and offers a great spot to enjoy the breeze and create everlasting memories. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
