Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thbis condo is well maintained with a nice layout of two en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor condo has a lovely porch and broad lawn. We would definately stay here again. Aloha Vacation Villages is professional and easy to work with. My sole suggestion is to get rid of the plastic plants that are throughout the house. With the beautiful lansscaping all around, they are just silly.

Home in paradise

We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. It is clean, comfortable, homie and close to everything we need; great restaurants, great beaches, great snorkeling, great views, several swimming pools on the property and so much more. The ocean view never stops taking my breathe away and we were luckily enough to see a few whales on our last trip!We rarely need anything but when we do the on-site management has always been timely and kind in their response. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a true Maui get away.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 10 months after covid hit and were probably the first to rent during that time so I can understand why there were problems. So I will just say to make sure all the problems were fixed before renting. But the location is great. Easy walking to two different beaches and great whale watching in season. The property management company did work to rectify problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The villa was exactly like we saw was VERY comfortable, quiet, and clean.Great location for ocean views. Although you're not on the water, you're very close to it and never get tired of looking at it. We could see whales as well as rainbows. It's a short walk to the beach, which had sizable surf but was never crowded. We also enjoyed a morning walk each day on the path that parallels the ocean. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely condo, and hope it's not too long before we return.

The condo we stayed at had nice kitchen utensils (normally it is horrible cheap stuff) and great views. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and easy. The upstairs neighbor was not so nice and kept dumping water off of her patio onto us and refused to stop doing it while we were sitting on our patio and one of the neighbors on the ground floor clearly allowed smokers! But otherwise our vacation was amazing! Perfect location!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area of Kapalua is beautiful. This is the second time we have stayed at these villas. Very well kept. The pools are typically not crowded because people are out adventuring. We had many storms and rain. The area can be very windy on the north shore. We spent numerous days driving to south Maui to get out of the rain, surf and wind. Next time I come to Maui, I am going to stay in Wailea. We recommended to Aloha Vacation Villas that 2 of the beach chairs need to be replaced.

We visited MUi 2years so and while we enjoyed it, we didn’t love it, but our most recent stay changed that sentiment. The Condo was perfectly situated; very clean; kitchen was well stocked and the little cation is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed everything about this Villa and will definitely be back!
