The third floor is an entire penthouse open floor plan for a master suite. It includes double vanity sinks, a rain shower, and a breakfast reading nock. A bonus room includes a walk in closet with a twin bed for overflow if needed.

FYI - Outside, there is a separate professional unit above the detached garage with its own staircase.
