The space
This is a freshly remodeled beachfront condo with an incredible view of the Sea of Cortez . Located on Sandy Beach, this beautiful retreat is in a premier resort, Sonoran Sun. The unit is on the 4th floor and is serviced by three modern elevators. This is the perfect height above the noise of the pool while the sound of the surf is still easily heard. High quality furnishings and three HD TVs will make you feel at home. We have everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or just go down to the restaurant for a wonderful meal or the swim up bar for a drink and a snack.

Guest access
Please download the August Home APP that is emailed to you once you book. this will be your key to the condo via your smartphone. When you arrive, you will be given a parking pass and one wristband per guest at the guard gate. The resort will not allow more than 6 guest to check in (they will not let extra guests enter). The wristbands must be worn at all times to use any resort facilities. The condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably, guests have commented that the hide a bed in the master bedroom sofa is not very comfortable for larger adults.

Other things to note
Please bring beach towels and chairs if you want to go out onto Sandy Beach. There are plenty poolside lounges provided by the resort. We will provide one set of towels for your entire stay. there is a washer and dryer to freshen them for longer stays. Also please go to a bank ATM to get cash. American dollars are welcome but the non bank ATMs will charge you way too much to get your money.
