We are family of four with two boys ages 13 and 10 that now lives in NJ and we love East Hampton! We have owned this house for 16 years and our boys have grown up on these beaches. We love to bike, swim, bbq and enjoy the amazing sunsets at the local Clearwater beach. This neighborhood is an undiscovered gem and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. East Hampton springs is awesome! The bay beaches are everywhere and we love walking and biking to them all. We are only a 10 minute ride into the towns of either East Hampton or Amagansett but it is super quiet where we are and it feels worlds away from the seasonal crowds downtown. We also LOVE the proximity to Montauk, as we love to surf and enjoy the beaches out there. If you haven’t stayed in the springs, you are in for a treat!

The huge heated salt water pool gets full sun all day and has multiple umbrellas for those needing shade. The pool area has a couch, lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area. The swing set is perfect for little ones and the basketball hoop is safely positioned inside the fully fenced in yard.
The gated community bay beach is AWESOME! First of all for those without a beach pass for downtown, this gives you instant access to the water. Plus, the beach area has a really nice playground for kids and bocce ball set for adults and the entire family. The true highlight of the private beach is really the sunsets. Grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the beautiful colors! There is no better way to end the evening.
