Seaside Bliss is your escape; a beach house located just 1/2 block from Galveston beaches (a 2 min walk). A few steps further takes you to two of the most popular tourist destinations of Galveston- Murdoch's and Pleasure Pier. This house is perfect for relaxing and exploring all Galveston has to offer! A laid-back island vibe, so many local restaurants, unique entertainment, and a rich history. This home features a luxurious bathroom with the guest in mind- the washer & dryer are built in so that you can place your swimwear and towels directly in, and your beach wear and towels are always ready for more!

The kitchen also opens up to the dining area that has a table with seating for 6 and two bar stools on the kitchen bar table. The dining area and kitchen both feature pendent multilight chandeliers providing a bright space for your friends and family to dine!

This house features three bedrooms and one full bath and half bathroom, it's the perfect cozy space for 7 guests. The house has been remodeled and upgraded, but the old-world charm and character can still be seen in the details (original flooring and doors).
* Sleeping Accommodations*
Sleeping accommodations include 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin bunk (weigh limit of 100lbs) over a full-size bunk bed (weight limit 300lbs) and a 24 in Roku TV & lots kids' games!

TVs in the house are all Smart HDTVs, streaming Netflix, Amazon, You Tube TV available for use with your personal logins!
The master bathroom boasts a large bathroom and an oversized walk-in shower/tub combo a grand mirror and washer/dryer.

While staying here you can conveniently access the beaches/ocean, enjoy amazing sunrises & sunsets while walking on the beach, Pleasure Pier, The Strand, cruise terminals, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, the San Luis Convention Center, and more. We hope we can host you soon!
Pack and Play is also available for those traveling with small children. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
We require booking guests to be a minimum of 25 years old.
We only allow guests on the reservation to enter the home or come onto the property due to our insurance policy!

All detailed access information will be sent through just before your stay!
Street parking is available in front of the house, on both sides of the street, with max of 2 parking passes that will be available (2 vehicles).
Located at the back of the property there is a small apartment, however they have a private patio and you have a private back yard and front yard.
Trash is located behind the home just follow the pathway on the left to the alley way you will find the larger green trash cans if needed during your stay.
Other things to note
This house was built in 1911 and has original flooring so please respect the charm- the slight wiggle is an amazing piece of history!
Please accurately list the number of guests when booking, including children of all ages. This is for us to better accommodate your needs while staying!
Children of 2 year-olds or older will be counted as one guest.
We charge $45 per pet per stay. Please let us know what type of animal you are wanting to bring. Max of two pets are allowed at the property.

The "kids room" features a Roku TV and numerous board games for you to enjoy. Please note the top bunk has a weight limit of 100lbs and the bottom has a weight limit of 300lbs.
We have an exterior camera located at the front of the property.
If you book you agree to a RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (guest/s) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the owners and management from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses.
Other things to note
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! You are literally a 1/2 block to the beach! You can walk a few feet to a great steak dinner at Salt Grass! One of our absolute favorite places is Murdoch’s Gift Shop that is a quick nice walk on the beach-We love sitting in the grand porch in the back in the rocking chairs and enjoying the view with one of their amazing pina coladas. We also love walking to Pleasure Pier & Murdochs and The SPOT!
Parking galore. You're in the Best location on the island!!! Street Parking is available on both sides of the street located in front of the house (this is rare this close to the beach). Parking tags will be issued upon check in. 2 vehicle max for parking passes.
