You deserve a slice of heaven, here on the beach in Punta de Mita. Step right into the sand and the warm Pacific Ocean. Bring your board or rent one right off the back door here on the beach to paddle straight out into the heavenly waves. Plenty more top surf spots 10 minutes away by car or boat. The pool and hot tub are always the right temp as well. World class dining on the beach and in the village, go fancy or go with inexpensive local flavors, a stone’s throw away (we’re happy to offer recommendations). King-sized bed with Brooklinen sheets, washer/dryer in unit, high speed Wifi, A/C, Sennheiser Ambeo soundbar connects with Bluetooth (or just listen to the waves).

The best VRBO I've stayed in (in Mexico)!

We had an awesome stay. The unit is just as the pictures show and was very clean, had all the key amenities and is in the perfect location for swimming and enjoying the water (pool and beach). Just a short walk to all the great restaurants on the strip as well as local eateries. We stayed for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. We loved the building, the beach walks and the amazing pool. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed.

Ahhhhhh…..

Loved this property and the proximity to all our needs. The beach, pool and restaurants nearby were amazing. In all my travels, this is the best swimming beach I have been to. The living space, kitchen and outside deck space were perfect. We had the ability to work out every day because there were weights and mats. I read close to 4 books! Will definitely be back to this spot!

Great Surf and Beach Location

This is a great surf and beach spot. Surfed Stinky’s and loved being on the beach. Place is beautiful and completely relaxing.

Yes to El Faro Real 2

All I can say is ahhhhhh. We LOVED sitting on the terrace listening and watching the waves. My partner and I have been coming to Punta Mita for years but we never stayed on the beach til this trip. We’re already booking again for November. The condo is huge for a 1bdr and everything was delightful. The waves the waves the waves. El Faro Real 2 is the way to go, awesome building.

Best expansive view

What a lovely surprise! I generally stay right in town, but it can get noisy and despite some of the listings they do not have private beach access. This place is spectacular. Right on the sand, panoramic unobstructive view. Short, easy 5 walk into the main town, but also minutes walk from some secret local gem restaurants with authentic fresh Mexican fare. The accommodations are clean, very comfy, QUIET, and fully stocked. You will not be disappointed. Pool, hot tub, and real sandy beach gated access. Get away from the busy restaurant row and enjoy some tranquility!

Perfect location, insane view, modern & clean, just fabulous!!

You absolutely cannot beat the location of this gorgeous condo--right on the beach, steps away from the ocean and so close to restaurants and convenient shops and a great surf spot. And that view...it will take your breath away when you first walk in! Very modern, a fresh renovation with a wonderful inside-outside feel thanks to the huge sliding glass doors. Very spacious and elegant and clean. I travel to the Punta Mita/Sayulita area quite a lot, and this is by far my favorite place I've ever stayed. Will absolutely be back.
