LICENCE NO:00026473 This is a government-issued, licensed, legal short-term rental - the owner must live in the house, so the owner and I live in the basement and only share the driveway with guests. Guests and I have different entrances, no worries, we fully respect and protect guests' privacy!

Please note: floor heating is only available from November 20th to April 20th.
Air conditioning is available from June 1st to August 31st.

The basic rate includes up to 6 guests, and additional guests are charged 50 Canadian dollars per person per night, up to 8 guests. If you need a larger and more luxurious house, please consult!

Big House With View

The house was very tidy and the rooms are large. It was a nice place to stay. My only negative would be that the furniture is very formal and not comfortable. However, the beds were comfortable and the upstairs deck is quite lovely.

Gorgeous ocean view in White Rock

We loved our stay here. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, firm with no sags. The location was great, close to White Rock Marine Drive. Each bedroom has an en suite bath and the house is large so plenty of room for privacy. The garden is beautifully landscaped. The host is very responsive to all communication. The view of the ocean from the top floor was stunning and there is patio seating on two levels to enjoy it. We had a luxurious stay and really enjoyed it.

Gorgeous Accommodation

Lily's mansion is better than any 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in! The environment is beautiful and quiet, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the layout is beautiful, with attention to every detail. It's nice to enjoy the ocean view from the presidential suite-like master bedroom and two large terraces, but it's even more exciting to go around the nearby park fence to the beach. Lily is very friendly, she lives in the basement, but it's completely separate from the main floor, so we have absolute privacy. Thank you Lily, I will definitely come back!

The most precious thing is that it has the most average sunshine time in Greater Vancouver and the least rain in winter. It has the most beautiful coastline in Greater Vancouver, the freshest seafood and the most fashionable shops. It is the new favorite of fashion people. The continuous sea view restaurants, cafes, unique art galleries and museums make it a world-class seaside resort town. Living here, the first thing you will be greeted by when you open the doors and windows is the sound of sea breeze and seagulls. The remoteness of the world and the prosperity of the world blend seamlessly.
