Great location in Sea Colony

This one bedroom condo rental was all we needed to relax after my wife's first year as a middle school counselor. Both of us recharged by watching the beach from the balcony and walking there each day. The Sea Colony has a lot to offer (gym, pickleball, umbrella and chair service etc). We practically parked our car and stayed on this 2nd floor condo. Used the trolly service to get to the gym and walked to downtown Bethany Beach and this restaurants. The condo comes with a full stocked kitchen (we only made breakfasts), a washer and dryer and 1.5 bathrooms. Easy check in and out and any questions we had to the owner about the property was timely answered. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and View

Cozy stay

Fantastic week at Bethany Beach

This apartment was perfect - super clean, beautifully decorated, great view of the ocean. Exactly as advertised. Owner is very responsive. We loved being able to cook our own meals and the 1.5 bathrooms. Having a small washer dryer in the condo was perfect to keep up with swimsuit and towels. Loved the fitness center too. We will come back!

Weekend Getaway

Very nice condo, great location to beach, well decorated. Everything would have been a 5 star but housekeeping needs improvements. View of ocean better in personal than picture. Bedroom window right next to elevator so you can hear everyone waiting for elevator. But I could return again.

Great Get Away

Loved the Sea Colony condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. Enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen had everything we needed, even a Keurig. And most important to me a comfortable bed. Owners were wonderful and quick to respond to all questions. Enjoyed eating at Fins and Cottage Cafe. Can't wait to go again!

Beautiful Condo and Spectacular View!

The condo is bright and cheery and has a full gorgeous view of the ocean! Every day I was able to see the sunrise and I could sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves breaking on the shore. The condo was perfect for my husband and me. We had everything we needed. What was most impressive was how clean everything was. It made me feel so comfortable. I was extremely happy with how communicative and responsive the owner was to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo on the beach!

Best Place for Hanging on the Beach!

This place is perfect for a relaxing couples getaway. The unit is so close to the beach and the views from the balcony are extraordinary, especially sunrises. The unit itself is very clean and has all you could want for your stay. I highly recommend it!

It was just myself and my husband. Our needs included a king bed which it did have. I asked for sheets and towels and I wished there were more pillow cases and towels. The owner mentioned that the dishwasher was broken and that we should use the paper plates that were on the shelf!! I asked for a rebate for the broken dishwasher and got no responce. the plates were actually styraphome which means can't be put in the microwave. The best thing about the unit was the Smart TV. I loved it! I don't even have one at home and it had Netflix on it. It had some nice chairs for tv watching also. The view of the ocean was good also. I did some reading on the terrace.

Nice week away

The unit is very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient with a lovely balcony facing the ocean and it has everything you need for a nice week away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would happily come back to this area again.

Sea Colony Condo at Bethany Beach

The ocean front condo has a nice view, is very clean, and is well stocked with essentials. The owner was very responsive and provided detailed information and instructions. My family has enjoyed vacationing at Sea Colony for over 35+ years. It's a beautiful resort.

Beautiful relaxing beach view vaca

Beautiful view and excellently located apartment. Unfortunately there was tons of construction going on, so noise, debris in parking lots n trucks a plenty. Also was annoyed that the parking and Pool we’re “extra” charges, although not a lot, was still a “hidden” charge. Lots of amenities closed n no one really knew What was actually Open. Also, expected small things like hand soap and salt/pepper which weren’t available.

Awesome location with ocean view.

Sea Colony has a lot of things to do. We were there end of April, so not everything was open. I can imagine it is amazing after Memorial Day. The condo location was awesome. We enjoyed looking out at the ocean each day of our stay. Check with owner to be sure of what items you may need to bring along such as hand soap, dish soap, Kleenex, paper towels, etc. Also, ask owner about window treatment in bedroom. When we stayed, there were mini blinds that worked great for privacy but a lot of light came through at night. I made a suggestion to owner for room darkening curtains.

Much needed getaway

Spent a long peaceful weekend at Bethany Beach. Crowds were gone. Beach was deserted. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Condo overlooking the ocean. Livin' the dream.
